I just wanted to send you a quick note to say how pleased we were with our dining experience this evening at your Keg Steakhouse. From the ease of making a reservation on your website to the courteous greeting as we arrived to the superb customer service we received from your staff, this was one of the best dining experiences we have ever had at a Keg Steakhouse. We have travelled from Toronto for the birth of our first Grandson and thought we would go out for a celebration dinner with our in-laws. First off, we were very impressed by the intensive Covid-19 protocols you have in place to keep your diners safe during this challenging time. Our meal was absolutely wonderful, our steaks were cooked to the perfect temperature, the salads were fresh and delicious and the accompaniments excellent. I must say our amazing Server Jameson was just such a joy, she was personable, attentive and got everything right. From the orders all being delivered properly, to the check-in after the first bite, to the timing of the delivery of the entree, we never felt rushed or neglected as we had a lot to talk about. Jameson even brought us a huge slice of your famous Billy Miner Pie to help us celebrate, which was very much appreciated. Anyway, we just wanted to let you know how much we enjoyed this special evening made all the more special by your hardworking staff. Keep up the good work!

Went back to celebrate our second Valentines Day at the KEG. Getting a reservation 1 day ahead was fast and easy. Upon arriving, we were greeted with warm and professional smiles. Took 3 minutes to have a table since we were second in line for those with reservations. The ambiance of the place is very calm, cozy and homey. Our server Andrew T. , greeted us with cheer and was very open to answering questions. I noticed that he knelt down beside our table which made us feel not intimated and he let us took our time with choosing the wine and the main course. I usually never drink wine but wanted to on this occasion. Andrew, our server assisted on choosing the right wine for me. He did made our Valentines dinner a memorable one with great service. He often visits the table to check on us and was exuding a positive vibe. I had sirloin and lobster and both were perfect. The plating was impressive and food was warm and with huge food proportion. Desert was sinfully divine, creamy but not overwhelming. I would recommend going here for a decent and enjoyable meal. Will definitely go back.

I was a little hesitant about going as my only other trip here was absolutely horrible , but I decided it had been a few years, hopefully it would have friendly servers this time and honestly I am so glad I gave them a second chance . We went in New Year’s Eve for dinner , got there at our reserved time and was immediately sat at a nice little booth for 2 . Our server Naomi was absolutely amazing , she was friendly , sweet and never made us feel rushed and even though it was crazy busy , she continued to check on us , made sure our drinks were topped up and that our food was okay … and honestly the food was amazing ! I got the blackened chicken with garlic mashed potatoes , and my man got the peppercorn steak and both were cooked perfectly ! Also tried the cheesecake and Billy minor coffee for desert , also a 5/5 ! Thank you Naomi for helping make date night a success !

Took the hubby to the Keg for his birthday dinner Friday & we were extremely happy with the service and quality of the food. To start we had the Calamari & Garlic Shrimp appies; both were delicious but I highly recommend the calamari, it came with a Greek Feta & a Ginger Garlic Sauce (which I was skeptical at first since I am used to tzatziki) but wow both dips were to die for ! For our main course I ordered the Fillet Mignon without bacon & made it an Oscar with Shrimp, scallops and béarnaise sauce. My hubby had the bacon wrapped fillet mignon with a lobster tale on the side. We ordered both steaks medium & they were very tender & cooked to perfection. We have ordered the sirloin in the past & find it’s definitely worth it to spend a little more on the Fillet Mignon if you like a tender, melt in your mouth steak !

We go to Maple Ridge Keg about once every 2 or 3 months. The food has continued to be consistently good. We almost always sit at the bar as we can walk right in at just about anytime and get seats right away. From the Baked garlic shrimp and the wedge salad to the 12 ounce sirloin, it was all fantastic and we were stuffed. They even gave us a free birthday Billy Miner pie to go with a candle. Courtney was our server working behind the bar. She gave us absolutely flawless service. I am a Maple Ridge Keg alumni so I can certainly appreciate great service paired with great food. Now the Keg ain't cheap, with the 20% tip it was $242.00. I don't mind as we enjoy our meals there. Keep up the great job Courtney and Maple Ridge Keg.

Went to Maple Ridge Keg tonite for hubby's 65th birthday. Hadn't been in 5yrs as our prime rib was raw and disgusting the last. This time was no different, they were mooing and the waiter said that was medium rare. Sent it back got it 2nd time hubby's was still rawish and mine was semi raw and cooked. They had no flavor like prime rib should, they were tough and really hard to cut. Hubby ate what he could, I told them to keep mine. They comped the meal which was kind but at $50 a steak you think the chef would know how to cook it. Ruined his birthday dinner again. We tipped the waiter cause it wasn't his fault. Never going back to that Keg again
