Subway — Restaurant in Maple Ridge

The lady who made our sandwiches was super unprofessional and had a bitter tone, later on when it got out of hand, we pointed it out to her that this isn’t the right way of treating customers and requested her to watch the way she was talking to us, that made things worse, she mouth us off and a minute from that just to look innocent she started crying in front of other customers.

Not to mention very discriminating as well.

From the time we entered the shop, to the time we left, we kept saying thank you and please and still wished her a good day.

Tonight was my second time at this location. Both times I'd left with a smile. And both times it was becauses of The sweet, young lady Puneet, that served me. Her energy is infectious. She is an absolute darling and it was a pleasure to have met her.

The food was prepared with care and attentiveness. Puneet seems like the kind of employee that goes beyond that which is expected of her. Surely an asset to any business and this location is lucky to have her.

The only bad part about the experience is that I had to leave.
