0/5, dont recommend. This is a new business in Ridge so I decided to try it out, and I’m now confident I’ll never be going back. I was tight on time and was told my order would take 20ish minutes. After paying and coming back to pick up my food the workers were confused and acted like I didn’t even place an order. The employee who told me it would be 20min never punched my order in and just acted really confused and barely let me know what was going on when I came in. She placed the order for real and told me it’ll be another 15-20min. All they said was sorry and they didn’t actually take responsibility and say what exactly happened. First time ordering from this location. DO NOT order from here. Unless you like bland chicken with hair fried into it. Well that was my experience today. Ordered delivery, and our driver was an idiot so we waited well over an hour for this (which was not chickos fault) but we were so pumped to have the food when it finally arrived. The powdered cheese flavour (we’ve had this elsewhere) was bland and had black hair fried into it. Friggen ew. The garlic soy was tasteless on both the garlic and the soy.. We love chicko chicken because it’s always fresh. But this time, I was so disappointed as We ordered half and half chicken for take out and when we reached home, the chicken was soooo dry. And even the sizes were so small.

Full Chicko chicken is expensive ($30). So when we (as customers) order, we expect what we deserve. And we deserve fresh chicken not reheated or dry chicken. We don’t need anything from this, we just want to express how...
