Beckett Park — Attraction in Maple Ridge

Very small off leash park. I'm of two minds about this park because while it is nice, and rare, to have an off leash dog park near a playground where you can see your kids play while your dog gets their sillies out, it is a very small off leash park. Mostly gravel, little grass, 5 trees and a picnic table. It'll do the trick for today, but I'm not sure I'd come with a big dog in the future. It's a bit more suited to...

The bike track is a great and unique feature of this park. There's one other park in Maple Ridge with a bike track but it isn't nearly this long. Park loses a star rating only because there are no baby swings but mostly because the bike track goes around the basketball/hockey/soccer court where there's an entrance/exit to the park. It's dangerous for younger kids as they could easily leave the park while out of view...
