This pizza place used to be our favourite!!! However, 6 months ago or so the ownership must have changed because the pizzas haven’t been the same since. About 4/6 months ago we ordered and the pizza we got was pretty burnt and quite thin crust which we didn’t order. When we called to complain, the person on the phone was kind or argumentative and was struggling to believe that they made a mistake. He wanted us to bring it back so he could see where he went wrong. So we drove it back and he swapped the pizzas. No compensation for driving back, just replaced the pizza. We were kind of disappointed by this incident bc we used to love going here. Then two weeks ago we ordered 5 large pizzas for a birthday party and all the pizzas were over cooked and lacked toppings. Monday, March 17th around 7pm my partner and I ordered pizza and waited within the store. Then heard the manager (male in his late 40’s/early 50’s I’m guessing) was speaking SO DISRESPECTFULLY to a young female employee. He was accusing her of stealing which from what I heard she just misunderstood to copy a receipt in a book… he was speaking loudly enough that both my partner and I could fully hear their conversation. In no way should she have been spoken to like that especially in front of other coworkers and customers. After completely belittling her, he praised one the other young male employees which was quite frustrating to hear/see. I just hope that young woman knows she deserves better and that this is a lesson to work on management skills as this was completely...

Ordered pizza from here this evening, to say the least, extremely disappointed.
Used the coupon that came in the mail…. 2 large pizzas with 8 toppings total. Pizza was dry, toppings were spaced out to the point it looked like they were trying to save money.
The delivery guy accepted the payment(+tip) and immediately turned around without anymore interaction and walked away. Weird interaction.
I don’t remember dominoes sucking this bad. My wife and I(we’re on our 30’s) will never order from it again since Panago is a little bit more but always consistent. If I can find a small business selling pizza I would try that over dominoes. I plan to go in that direction going forwards. Big business is showing its hand these days.
