Hello Bubble — Restaurant in Maple Ridge

waited 10 minutes to be acknowledged---which never happened. There was nobody ahead in line of me, one person waiting for her drink, there were three female employees behind the counter--one making a drink, another washing a used blender and another went to the back. All three female staff saw me enter the store but nobody even bothered to say "hello, i'll be right with you" or something. I waited 10 minutes...nothing. I just left and bought my bubble tea in another store.

The kids wanted Bubble Tea so we took them here..they just wanted to scream and play instead of select a flavour. I think they need bigger pictures! 🤭 Or something to make kids say I WANT THAT ONE sooner. Lmao.

Finally I just ordered what I think they'll like...

The girls here were really patient, helpful and quick to complete the ordered once we finally ordered all 4 Bubble 🫧 Tea 🍵 we wanted.

Then they were nice enough to share the WiFi password so we could game while the kids slowly finished their drinks.

Maybe they should just put up a sign. BUBBLE WIFI PASSWORD Bubblebubble.

So people don't have to ask. It might even bring in more regulars that will camp there like in Starbucks. Just milking...

When ordering a drink the workers said they were out of pearls (odd considering it’s a bubble tea shop,m) and then told us if we wanted to wait 10 minutes then we could have our drinks with pearls, no worries we said we’ll wait. After about 35 minutes we are finally given our drinks, they made no effort to let us know that our drinks would be late ( we were waiting in the store the whole time) and simply said thanks for waiting when giving us the drinks. Not trying to get anyone in trouble, but they should have told us the drinks were gonna take longer at any point in the 35 minutes we were waiting and we would have just chosen a...
