Pizza Pizza — Restaurant in Maple Ridge

First time 5/5. Second time they hardly put any sauce on and I didn't get the multigrain crust that I ordered. 3rd time, I ordered an extra large, pepperoni pizza, multigrain crust (my usual order), but they told me they were sold out of multigrain crust (and/or it's been discontinued), so I was forced to get white crust, which I didn't want as it's very dry & unhealthy. Their prices seemed to have increased, as I was quoted more for this pizza with plain, white crust versus the multigrain crust one I had last time. I asked for at least a discount, so they put me on hold. While I was waiting just to get my answer for the discount, I got transferred to three different people and had to keep explaining the issue. This took over 15 minutes!!!! In the end, they told me they don't do that, so I made pizza at home! Very poor customer service!!!!!!

One other complaint: I think it's poor that you can't speak directly with a person at the location that you're ordering at, instead it's a call center in Ontario or somewhere, and half the time the people can't...

We waited an hour after pick up time for our 3 pizzas and wedge fries. Multiple other people in the store front warning it will be an hour and they weren't wrong due to the promotion going on. Thank goodness we didn't order take out. There was one poor man in the back running around like a chicken and the other would come to grab the deliveries. They did provide our order for free but we debated leaving multiple times as we were told 5-6 more minutes and then it was another 20+. Will unfortunately not be back due to the experience, but we had high hopes. The men in the back were pleasant - felt...

The worst pizza ive ever had. Looking for a late night 11pm slice so i went in. The pizza by the slice looked like someones leftover slice so much that i asked which was the freshest. The guy pointed to the pepperoni so i paid for a slice and he heated it up. Left started driving and had a bite.....so gross....the bottom was like rock solid as was the outer crust, then the top was still raw dough under the flat toppings . Couldnt even eat it, couldnt bother to drive back for 1 piece either. I wont be stopping for pizza here...
