This place has become a regular for me — truly a comfort spot. I’m not from Wuhan, but I’ve somehow developed a deep love for Wuhan flavors (thanks to my many Wuhan friends who’ve introduced me to the real stuff), and this restaurant delivers the best I've had in Toronto.
Their red chili beef rice noodles are hands-down the best in town. But honestly? My favorite is the mixed beef offal noodles — the niu za fen. The beef tendon is incredibly tender and bouncy, and the mix of tripe, brisket, and other cuts is just so flavorful.
