This place has a lot to like, with fast service with reasonable pricing to delicious classic hk style noodles. I definitely can get my fix of hk noodles here!

A nice simple menu thats easy to understand and straight forward. Wontons definitely are very plump and filled with fresh ingredients. I personally prefer the pork and shrimp dumplings because I find them to be more flavourful given theres pork in it as well as wood ear which gives it that textural contrast. Either way, both are well composed and good balance in flavour. Can taste the shrimp throughout with a hint of chinese seasoning and sweetness.

The noodles are well cooked. I like the yellow noodles with my wontons, but would opt for the flat noodles if I'm ordering beef brisket. Both are nicely cooked and not mushy/ overcooked that it splits apart.

In terms of the brisket, nice big chunks and tender as well. The soup base for this is very fragrant and I honestly can probably drink it all. Nice beef flavours with soy. Rich but not oily or heavy. The beef stomach, which is a love of mine, is texturally present with a good chew but still soft to eat. Highly recommend if you like the offals!

They also make dace fish balls and cuttlefish balls, which both are springy and full of the flavours as described. A nice change.

Lastly, I highly recommend their jajang noodles, which is a mildy spicy meat sauce with their noodles. It has a hint of spiciness from the chili oil, but also some sweetness shining through, then a little bit of sour which completes the dish! Good pork pieces and I believe some mushrooms to add to the flavours. Well marinated and flavoured overall.

Would definitely come back. Even for takeout it's quite hot and keeps temperature well. Everything is fresh too and so great option for a quick meal any...

Earlier, I came across an article celebrating this eatery's recognition among Canada's top 100 best restaurants. Intrigued, I decided to treat myself to their renowned wonton noodles today.

Considering its prices, this spot caters to everyone, offering a bowl of Cantonese noodles for a reasonable CAD11—a great deal for any food enthusiast.

As the waiter brought over my eagerly awaited bowl of wonton noodles, I couldn't wait to dive in. A true Cantonese broth is not just clear; it should burst with the flavors of dried flounder fish and shrimp roe. However, the broth before me fell short of this ideal. Though clear, it lacked the depth I had hoped for, with the scallion topping overpowering the delicate balance, and the absence of Chinese chives was a slight disappointment.

Undeterred, I turned my attention to the Jook-sing noodles, which had garnered quite a reputation. They didn't disappoint. These noodles had a lovely texture, devoid of the unpleasant alkaline taste often found in lesser varieties. The subtle hint of egg added to their charm. And the wontons beneath? Each one was a delightful surprise, filled generously with pork and succulent pork back fat, complemented by the occasional burst of fresh shrimp—a testament to the owner's commitment to quality ingredients.

No exploration of Cantonese noodle places would be complete without trying their house-made Chaozhou chili oil. Vibrant and aromatic, it promised an explosion of flavors. However, as I savored its spicy kick, I couldn't help but feel it overwhelmed the subtler nuances, leaving me craving a more balanced...

One of my favourite luncheons in Markham, Ontario, is the Big Trio Wonton Noodles. They’ve got the most tender beef tendon/bridkets, and delicious shrimp wontons here. Serve with nicely simmered/hot wonton soup and choy sum (with oyster sauce) and spicy chili chow oil on the side. This place now marks ons of my favourites and will plan to return here if I ever go back to Toronto. This location is also near the Pacific Mall which is real convenient if you’re planning to go shopping afterwards. My only issue is cramped parking spaces which are really common in Toronto. However, if you’re lucky to find a parking spot here, that’ll be great but limited parking may vary from busy times. My advice is if you’re going with family or a group, try ordering a variety of protein assortment items so you’ll each have a sample taste of how great the wontons, beef tendons and briskets are...
