It was a very disgusting dining experience. First of all, when the meal was served, I felt something was off. Did they not have quality control for their dishes? The rice was scattered, the chicken was messy, and the cucumber was dry. I looked up and saw that the servers were all busy, so I didn't ask for a replacement because I had eaten here before and had a great experience. But as I continued to eat, I realized that it wasn't as good as it used to be. And just as I finished my meal and was enjoying my iced lemon tea, one of the servers threw my bill on the table without any explanation. I didn't ask for the bill because my tea was still unfinished, but she didn't offer any explanation and walked away. When I paid for my meal, they gave me change, but I didn't have time to pick it up before she almost took away all the remaining change. I thought their service was very poor, so I left a 10 cents tip and left. Then their service staff came out and said that delivery orders did not need a tip, but dine-in orders did. I explained that the reason I was not tipping was because of their poor service. Before I had even asked for the bill, they had slammed it on the table, and without my permission, they had pushed another table up against mine. You could have explained that each table has a certain dining time, and that there were many people waiting outside, in which case I would have asked for my bill to be brought to me, rather than having it slammed in front of me. I am not tipping because of the poor service, not the quality of the food. And by the way, the quality of the food was also poor. And your service staff did not provide good service to me while I was eating, if not completely no service. She just put the food in front of me and had a bad attitude. I don't know what her attitude was like when I left the restaurant. She said that I should never set foot in the restaurant again. Don't worry, I won't be coming back. I gave 20% tip at Cafe De Hong Kong yesterday. That's where I'll be from now on. The service there is good, and there is quality control. It makes me feel like a restaurant should have an attitude. They deserve every penny. And you are worth nothing.

Read moreI’d give them zero stars if I could. Worst customer service ever. First the waitress forgot my drink. Then when I asked for it, she told me to wait and brought me the wrong order after checking with me for at least three times. Not only did she get my drink wrong, she forgot to add sugar for some reason and gave me attitude when I asked her for some sugar. It was as if I was being the difficult customer who burdened her already overburdened workload by asking for sugar.
When I asked for the check, I corrected her three times before I received the correct one. After I left the restaurant I stayed at my car for around 5 minutes, I heard the waitress, who had served me earlier, yelling at me from across the parking lot for leaving the restaurant without paying. When I was at the cashier, I tapped as usual and the cashier lady even asked if I needed a copy of the receipt. The waitress basically humiliated me in public and made it sound like I intentionally left the restaurant knowing the transaction wasn't going through.
Back at the cashier, I asked how it happened and whether tap worked on their card machine. The cashier lady insisted both tap and insert worked, I tried tap again it didn't work. Then I tried inserting the card and it worked. She basically wasted my time on tapping and claimed that it worked for everyone. Like it was my fault that your machine doesn’t work?
Furthermore, if I really intended to leave without paying why did I even wait at the parking lot close by just to be caught? They were very lucky I happened to park very close by and stayed for a few minutes to cover their mess or else I would be long gone.
The cashier was very unprofessional – not only was she not familiar with the machine, she also did not check if the transaction goes through AT ALL before misguiding the customer to leave.
The waitress really have issues with her attitude – she was essentially asking me to go back to fix the cashier’s mistake. She could have asked nicely with some manners, yet she did not and yelled, “Hey you, how can you just leave without paying”. I would not tolerate your employees’ public...

I'm not the only one who had this experience, I was reading the other reviews on Google just now 服務差:我哋好乖咁排隊,之後竟然因為後面對情侶識餐廳嘅人就俾咗張枱佢哋先。我就帶住我爸媽同我叔去第二間食。
Also, the circulation is HORRIBLE! The air inside is very stuffy. And your clothes will smell like food after being in there for awhile. 通風差:好大油煙味,搞到鼻塞塞,成身食物味。
My experience: Very poor customer service. I was patiently waiting for a table with my parents and uncle. There's this couple behind us.
So there's this table for 2 left. And the table next to that, is also a table for 2 and they already paid the bill and ready to leave (they were just finishing their drinks). We thought they would just combine those 2 tables together and give us the table.
But no, this one server went up to the couple and talked to the guy in Mandarin and said "i talked to them already" and the guy responded "ya we only have 2 people". I assume they know each other. But still i didn't want to say anything because i wouldn't have thought they would jumped the line.
But guess what, next thing you know... They gave that empty table to the couple, instead of waiting for another 1 minute for the table next to it to leave and join the tables for us.
The server said to my mom, those 2 tables combined won't fit us 4... Interesting enough, they were 2 separate tables with 4 customers before. So whatever reason, us 4 won't fit? I mean...we are not oversized or anything..i have no idea what she meant.
And i didn't bother arguing with people like them....so we just left. Very disappointing!
Learn some manners and the thing about first come first serve! We were patiently waiting the whole time and never even asked how much longer or complained about the waiting time. And this is what we got.. They give the table to people they know.
I don't even care how good or how cheap$ the food is...i can't take this kind of service......
