Kiokii and... — Local services in Markham

I bought a love liner liquid for $30. It is advertised as waterproof and the girl said it is better quality than kiss me. After 2 hours of wearing it I see clumps and the brown liner was coming off. After 4 hours it is gone.

I went back to the store. They said no refunds or exchanges. I told him the eye liner is not supposed to be like this. It is advertised as waterproof. He said it is not as waterproof as the other eyeliner and also it is advertised as easy to use and remove easily. But I keep on telling him when I was using the kiss me liner...Does not produce clumps like this one does. This is $30! Kiss me is cheaper too!

This product is either bad or defective. But he didn't do anything about it but tell me to try out the tester ..Go home and see if it falls off.
