I had high expectations for this cake shop based on the photos and marketing, but unfortunately, the actual product was extremely disappointing. I ordered their so-called “red velvet” cake, and it turned out to be one of the worst cakes I’ve ever had.
First of all, the cream was definitely not real dairy cream as advertised. It was thick, greasy, and hard — nothing like the light, smooth texture of genuine animal-based whipped cream. It tasted artificial and left an unpleasant coating in the mouth, which ruined the entire experience from the very first bite.
The cake base itself was equally bad. It didn’t taste like red velvet at all — there was no hint of cocoa flavor, no moistness, no softness. Instead, it was dry, dense, and bland. To make things worse, the salt in the batter wasn’t mixed in properly, so one bite would be overly salty, and the next one was cloyingly sweet. It was honestly shocking how poorly the batter was made — something you wouldn’t even expect from a beginner home baker, let alone a professional bakery.
On top of all that, the price was ridiculously high for such low quality. I wouldn’t mind paying more for a truly good cake, but this one felt like a complete rip-off. And despite charging so much, they didn’t even bother to include basic utensils like forks or knives. How are customers supposed to eat the cake without any tools, especially if they’re picking it up for a party or event?
Overall, this was a complete waste of money. Poor ingredients, terrible texture, no attention to detail, and overpriced for what you get. I will not be returning and would not recommend this place to anyone. They seriously need to improve their recipe, quality control, and customer service. Right now, this cake shop is all style and...

Love the fact that they combine actual cake with crepes. A nice little twist on their cakes. Soft spongy cake, soft thing crepes, soft tasty jelly all combined into one for the blueberry cheese
Design is very well presented too. All the layers and components are just so perfectly separated and you can see each component without any issue
Design of the box was great too. Each slice cake you order comes with a little fork for that on the go cake for picnic vibe!
Will definitely come back for the multi flavoured cake to get all those delicious flavours in one whole cake so that there’s something for everyone.
Service was quick and I wasn’t ready with choices but they were always ready for me when I made up my mind.
Just a note, parking can be a bit of an issue, so I would suggest planning how to get to the cake shop as there’s only a couple spots and not sure if there’s a parking lot in the back. The spots I’m front of the shop are pretty much on highway 7.
Great job overall!

We ordered an 8” 10-piece cake for our New Year party, expecting great quality based on the many 5-star reviews and the attractive (but misleading) pictures in the advertisements. Unfortunately, the cake turned out to be the most disappointing part of our celebration, and I feel compelled to write my first negative review for this bakery.
We originally wanted the 6” (4-flavor) crepe cake ($68 pre-tax) but were told it was unavailable due to a “lack of materials.” Strangely, the 8” (5-flavor) random crepe cake ($98 pre-tax) was available, and most of the flavors were identical to the 6” option. It felt like we were being pushed to spend more.
When we picked up the cake, the staff had no record of our prepayment and took a long time to confirm how much deposit we had paid—very disorganized.
The taste was a letdown for the price. The chocolate flavor was bland, and the strawberry and Oreo flavors are just half crepe cakes. Compared to other bakeries, this one is overpriced for the quality. Definitely would...
