Pizzaville — Restaurant in Markham

Extremely unpleasant again. Last time order pizza that was for delivery, prior to arrival received a phone call from the driver, asking for my location of my home. When I told them my location, the driver said that was too far. He also indicated the I should not be using their location but in fact we should have called another store. When it arrived the pizza was soggy and the chicken wings were luke warm and also the shorted me the correct amount of chicken wings. Called the C.S. and complained, they apologized and provided with a credit. So today, I decided to give them another chance, placed an order for delivery. After placing an order, I recieved a call from pizzaville stated that my location was too far again and the order was going to be 1 hour and 30 minutes. I told the operator that it would be fine but, the pizza better be warm to hot and not soggy. The chicken better be same. This time the food arrived 30 minutes early then the stated time, which I was happy. Started to enjoy my meal. As we ate the chicken wings something was wrong, I started to count the chicken wings, we were shorted 6 chicken wings from my order this time, last time I was shorted 4. I don't know if they now how to count. This is the last time I am ordering...

I had Pizzaville once or twice in the past but it never left a memorable impression on me (neither good or bad, it was fine). However we just ordered last night and I was really disappointed. For a frame of reference, I mainly order Pizza from chain places, Pizza Hut, Dominos, Pizza Nova, Papa John's, etc.

Right from the moment you open the box, it didn't look visually appealing. We ordered 1 large with pepperoni, and 1 large with half ground beef half sausage. Looked light on the sauce and cheese, and seemed kinda undercooked maybe, it didn't have that kinda golden brown you'd find on the cheese. Taste was bland and dry, and crust was kinda thin.

As a side note, I had an upset stomach and went twice after eating this, and again this morning. My friend went twice this morning. We also had wings (not from here, the frozen ones you get from a grocery store) though so I can't really conclusively say that the pizza was the cause but thought I'd...

I've been going to this location for almost 15 years. The staff are always amazing. I literally got there just as the staff were leaving recently because I didn't realize they were closed. They insisted that I come in and they made my order. I felt terrible doing it but I also know that they did it because the business needs customers. It doesn't make them any more money but they always mention cheaper promos if my order is qualified for a cheaper option. Other places would just take my money and not mention it. This location is always very clean and accurate with my order. I highly recommend...
