Customer service was ZEROO tonight. Bought 2 drinks and I asked the girl at the front if the FIZZY PF Orange Honey Jasmine Green Tea was supposed to be fizzy. She replied “uhhh it’s just supposed to be a little fizzy” and i told her it’s not fizzy at all 0 BUBBLES. She then proceed to say “it’s actually not supposed to be that fizzy”. I’ve had this drink at the Midland and Finch location and it was fizzy. There was another girl that came out from the back and they proceeded to stare at each other to think of what to say to me as I stood there waiting for an explanation or an offer to make a different drink or refund. As they finally came to decision as to what to say one of the girls replied “well do you want me to remake it?” and then i said is it going to be flat? and she replies with attitude as if i did something wrong “well its the machine i cant do anything about the machine”. Im not going to pay over $7 for a drink that wasn’t properly made and rude customer service. I understand that the machine was probably not working or there was something wrong with the machine but the attitude of the employees was not necessary. Read moreI work at one of the shops in the same plaza and have been a regular customer here for over a year—but I’m DONE. This place has gone completely downhill in the last few months, and I’m honestly disgusted by how bad it’s gotten.
First of all, the service is absolutely pathetic. The staff hides in the kitchen like they’re on break 24/7. I had to literally call out 15 TIMES just to get someone to come take my order—and when the girl finally showed up, she acted annoyed that I dared to ask for service. She gave me attitude while taking my order AND while handing me the drinks. Excuse me? You’re mad because you had to do your job?
And let’s talk about the lies on the screen. Half the menu says “out of stock,” but it’s actually available if you order in person. So are you lazy or just trying to avoid work?
Oh, and the cleanliness? NONEXISTENT. The floors smell like a dumpster. I felt like I was standing in a garbage bin while waiting for my drinks. How can you run a food place in such disgusting conditions?

I went to the store in hopes of getting the Flurry Strawberry Latte with Creme Brulee but upon arriving discovered that it was their only drink that was out of stock. My second choice was the Black Milk Tea with Gold Pearl but they were all out of Gold Pearls. I decided on the Bottled Cream Foam Mango Smoothie with Grapefruit Jello. It was not bad but not worth $10 given that it was mostly cream foam and there was very little mango smoothie inside. While waiting for my drink, I wanted to use the restroom but found out it was out of service. Then, wanting to sanitize my hands I realized the hand sanitizer dispenser was empty. I then proceeded to wait almost 15 minutes for my order even though there was only one customer in front of me who ordered 2 drinks. Both employees on duty were also behind the hidden wall where they make the drinks and unavailable to take other customers' orders despite others waiting over 5 minutes.
