Before: I really enjoy all their drinks so far. Their yogurt drinks and grass jelly drinks are awesome! You can’t find the same thing elsewhere. The texture was good and not too sweet. It was exactly what I wanted. This was my first time trying their Mango Pomelo Yogurt Drink and It tasted really refreshing. Their Royal No.1 Milk Tea was very silky and the grass jelly was delicious too. The drinks were ready real quick. Will visit more often!

Recent visit: It’s been a while since we came to Shuyi at this location for drinks. It was such a big disappointment. The prices have gone up which was expected, but, the drinks portion and quality have gone down a lot. They highlighted that their drinks are always half cup full of ingredients but this was not true anymore. It used to be but they did not keep it up. We ordered 4 drinks in total but only the Mango Pomelo Sago and Signature Grass Jelly Milk Tea were ok and acceptable. The ingredients was definitely less than before. The worst one was the Mango Coconut Taro Balls drink. It was one of the top four highly recommended items from their menu but it was the most disappointing for us. We asked for less ice but the drink was half cup of ice, no coconut taste, very watery and barely any ingredients as stated on the menu. It felt like drinking a milky water and it charged us $7.25 for it which was almost the same price their other large size drink. It was totally not worth it. There’s a guy always working there has a horrible customer service and attitude. The first time I was looking the menu, and he stayed there without saying any greeting words. And when I ordered something, his attitude is so bad and rude. He didn’t ask the ice and sugar level as well. I just thought maybe he had a bad day or what so I didn’t care about it. The second time, I went there with my friend. He focused on making the delivery order and no greeting words as well. When we asked him some info about the drinks, he spoke very fast and I didn’t hear anything. But anyway, we ordered what we wanted. When he gave us the drinks, he didn’t pass me the straws. I asked him for the straws, he just pointed to the straws and said nothing!!??? Hey boy, you are working and you don’t want to even speak a complete word to the customers????? I agree with the two most recent reviews below - we likely experienced the same lady at the counter, because I don't believe you can find another person nearly as rude as her in Toronto. I used to love the place, went in last night looking to order the same drink I had always ordered - which is called the Royal No.1. They apparently changed the menu, although the drink's picture is still showing on the screen at the cashier. The staff lady threw an attitude at me as soon as I start ordering. Instead of explaining the change in menu, she repeatedly cut me off and said "I don't know what you are talking about" and "I am not the owner so I don't know". She did not try to help, or even understand what I tried to order, despite the fact that I was pointing to the picture of the drink being displayed in store.
