I haven't had such bad service in a long time. Server named Arden was terribly rude and unknowledgeable. She told us that the appetizers were 50% off and when we were about to order we realized that the discount didn't apply before 3 pm (she told us the deal at when we were there at 1 pm???) Second she told us that drinks were included with our lunch deal wings so we were forced to choose a drink when water was fine to realize that we were charged for 2 large drinks in the end, in which she said "you have to get a large drink to get the deal" (she said this snarkily if I must add) but the menu only indicated that for half price wings for night deal not lunch. And I've been going for the lunch deal at other locations where this "you need to get 2 large drinks" was not a thing. (Thanks St.Louis on Dixon! You're the best!") And to top it all off I had to ask for my bill multiple times before she brought it over in which my takeout order wasn't included in it. And when I asked her about it she said "It is was busy." ??? Well...I still want my takeout? In the end she ended up getting my takeout order and on a $70 bill (mainly high because of the stupid drinks I didn't want and my takeout order) I was angry but still ended up giving her $5 which is little, but a lot considering how terrible the service was. The 5 was mainly for the kitchen staff who actually made good food. And of course she got mad about her tip and became extra rude when she gave me my takeout. Thanks Arden, you have officially ruined my experience with St.Louis I don't think I'm ever going to any location but the one on Dixon. Ps. You also gave me the wrong flavour...
Read moreI had the utmost worst experience yesterday at St Louis. Never have I had such a bad experience and such terrible organizing and planning at a restaurant in my life. We arrived as a group of 7 at 7:45pm. (Please note the time) and we were told it would be approximately 30-45 minutes wait. We had already booked movie tickets for 10 pm nearby. At 8:15pm the red haired server told us it would be another 15 minutes before we would get our table. At 8:45 a table of 7 cleared up. At this point we were certain that we could finally be seated however they split the table up and gave it to people coming in AFTER US. Many 2 person tables cleared between 7:45 and 8:45 however over and over seats were not saved (so that we could get a 7 seater table) and 2 people seaters who arrived after us were seated. By 9:20 we asked the red haired server again when we would be seated as one of our friends was about to pass out for hunger and they said they would have to wait for 3 tables to clear up before seating us. This was one and a half hours of waiting. The server was VERY RUDE when we asked when we could get a seat and just said I DONT KNOW rudely. I am very disappointed at the terrible service and bad organization skills. I am a frequent customer usually to the fairview, scarborugh town centre locations. This was my first time at the Hwy 7 and Warden location...

This location has been here for a long time and the food and service quality still hasn't changed.
Service is slow, servers are not attentive and do not know how to offer other options (aka upsell). But the server is sweet and polite.
My incident today with the National Wing Day promotion; free half pound of wings with purpose of food. My server thought I came in just for the half pound of free wings. Which may be miscommunicated, later I ordered my side order of fries and rings and my one pound of regular wings. What I received was another half a pound in a bowl. Then the server apologized and sent the manager. The manager then said the kitchen was closed. At that time it was 11:40pm, the restaurant closes at 1am. The manager did compensate part of the meal and did apologize. But overall, I wasn't very pleased with the communication process.
Wing quality is not the greatest; it's dry and small Even saucy wings are dry. Some are literally just overcooked chicken skin. The onion rings flake, my Rickards red tasted watered down.
On top of that, I personally think it's ugly and disrespectful to be putting up chairs for closing when there are customers still in the restaurant.
