Worst subway experience Ever!!!! If there was negative rating , i sure would rate this location negative .. The subway representative Salim is so rude and has so much attitude. He claimed they had only all grain or brown bread and was so not happy to help us. It was not busy and he had only one customer after us. We ordered Tuna and veggie. He used the same glove and Knife for both subs which is so not acceptable. When asked if he used the same knife, he said "no", when we clearly saw he did. He not only lied to us, when asked if he used the same knife again, he said he did and that he was never told to do otherwise.. how unprofessional is this? How do you not know to use a different knife for veggie and meat?? We requested him to make another sub and he said he does not have time .. and that he had customers .. again, he was not busy, he had another 4 hours to close and he had only One person after us.. he for sure was not in any hurry.. we then asked him again as one of us is a pure vegetarian. He throws one of the sub to the back table and shows us so much attitude .. we did not want to eat there any more.. he then yells at us saying he will remake it .. we decided we are not eating there and asked for a refund when he claimed he did not have time to bargain.. we never wanted to bargain, we just needed the money back.. He tried to give us a full refund and when it did not work he said I don't know what is wrong it does not work. We waiting and were nice enough to let him Help the next person in line since he claimed he was "busy". Once he was done with them, he refunded us the cash as he could not get the machine to work.
This is so not acceptable. Is this how you would treat your customers ? It is company protocol that you use different gloves and knifes for meat and veggie subs. Were never going Here again and will never recommend this location. Salim is so rude, full of attitude and so unprofessional.

Read moreMy wife and I wanted sub's for dinner so we went to this location which is close to our house. Got there at 8:35 pm and their was a back in 5 minutes sign on the door and a bunch of people waiting out side. Many of those people left before the guy unlocked the door. Once inside he only had 9 pieces of whole wheat bread left. Which was shocking since he was still open for another 1.5 hours. We ended up ordering a BLT and a turkey sub. With the BLT he placed the bacon on the bread without asking if we wanted it toasted or not. I told him that we did not wanted it toasted so he picked off the bacon and tossed it in the microwave. The problem with this was he missed a piece. I pointed it out to him that's when things started getting ugly. He started giving me attitude and became quite rude. I let it slide and was prepaired to just chalk it up to the server having a bad day and a long shift. However that was not the end of things. My wife wanted spinach on her sub and he only had a little bit left at the counter. Instead of going to the back and grabbing some more he told us that he had some in the back but did not want to put any more out tonight. I asked him why and he said it was a promotion and we were lucky to have it as a topping at all. We walked out of the store at that point and will not go back. Read moreI placed an online order to pick it up at this location for two sandwiches and clearly entered my instructions to cut each sandwiches into 4 pieces and put each sandwiches in two bags ( of course in English language) but the staff cut them in to two pieces and totally 4 pieces for both sandwiches and put them in a plastic shopping bag🤦 This is happening each and every subway restaurant that I visited specially when I placed my orders online with the special instructions. I don’t know these staffs ( forgot to mention those staffs all the locations are students from an South Asian country) know how to read English or just ignored the instructions. I feel really bad for those franchise owners of the Subway restaurants and they must see their Google reviews and connect with the clients to find out what’s going on at their restaurant specially when the owner not at the restaurant.
