Saw the reviews and we always drive by this place all the time, so today we decided to stop in and see what the hype was about. Definitely all it is was hype. Very disappointed paying almost $50 to wait 15 to 20 minutes thinking we getting fresh fried Chicken. Everything but the smash chicken was old and stale and to add insult to everything.. Every piece of chicken was cheap dark meat.. Not one piece of white meat or breast was included 👎 We ordered combo D and New Orleans roasted wings (2 piece for $5.99 lol) we was told to grab our 2 pops from the fridge that felt like it was broken since everything inside was at room temperature including the 2 dairy milk/cream cartons at the bottom shelf. 🤮 They did included disposable gloves but only 2 napkins 🤦🏻♂️ Fries and chicken are not fried in oil but air fried in cheap Costco air fryers hence the long wait and and stale order if you get a big combo since they can't keep up. Service was next to none like the personality of the cashiers that had to be asked for a receipt or why is the fridge broken and warm pop cans. 3 stars being very generous as the smash chicken coming out fresh actually tasted decent.. Too bad everything else tasted like it was made yesterday,...
Read moreIf you're in the area and craving a crispy chicken sandwich, then, sure why not stop in. But there are so many other FANTASTIC chicken sandwich places out there that I would travel/commute to specifically for its deliciousness. This sandwich isn't bad but it doesn't stand out for me either. The nice things about the sandwich is that the bread is incredibly soft, the chicken is incredibly crispy, nothing is overly salty and the spicy version does have a kick to it. The elements that make this a mediocre sandwich is that it doesn't have much flavour, there's minimal sauces and toppings but its just basic mayo and lettuce; the meat to coating ratio is not great, the chicken is pounded very thinly so you're not getting a lot of protein and overall, the sandwich is awkward to eat because the chicken folds back onto itself during the frying (this could be just our 2 sandwiches though). The sandwich travels well and was still crispy after a 25min ride home but they do not label the sandwiches or tell you which one is spicy (logic will tell you the sandwich in the red bag is spicy versus a regular white bag for a normal sandwich). As mentioned, this is a decent crispy sandwich but nothing...

Oddly tough to find parking in their little plaza, but I can't hold that against them.
Spicy Chicken Sandwich: does not mess around and is spicier than the competition (Popeye's, KFC, Mary Brown's). Less meat, but still juicy as they use dark meat. Huge amount of batter crunch! Very satisfying. I wish the spice they used was more flavourful. We'd probably try the classic non-spicy version next time.
Fries: Excellent! Extremely crispy (Super Chicken does crunch very well!) they seemed to have a bit of Cajun seasoning on them-- light taste of cumin?
Popcorn Chicken: Also dark meat, kind of karage or Korean fried chicken style. Very juicy and crunchy and a light spice to them. Great service quantity!
Took a little bit longer than quoted (about 20 minutes total), but they seemed very busy and they were very nice to give us a cute Super Chicken branded car air freshener for our wait.
Great little spot if you love fried chicken and want to support local small businesses during these crazy times. I'd...
