I’ve seen this particular location go downhill since there seemed to be a staff overhaul and renovations between the beginning and mid summer of this year.. I have come here many times just out of convenience, and I swear every time I come I hope to give another chance of redemption, but here I am writing an unfortunately deserved negative review…
First of all, 9/10 orders I make at this location is either incorrect by items in the bag or didn’t follow particular instructions. The only things I ever ask for to made differently is “half the sauce on a Big Mac” and “no chicken sauce on the Bagel BELT”, which both requests have either been met with complete disregard or exaggeration: literally it’s either WAY too much, or like nothing at all…. Why….
Every single time I’ve been here, however, (that means 100% of orders I’ve made) have ALL come to me looking like someone just slaps the ingredients on the food with no regard or care for quality. Onions on a burger? In a massive pile on 1 corner of the bun, usually bathing in an over-amass of sauce... Egg and veggies on a BELT? Literally sticking out opposite sides of the bagel.
Now moving inside.. I’m not the only reviewer who has been met with a complete lack of courtesy by staff.. one time I went inside, waited at the counter to have my order taken, and literally watched 3 staff members EACH made glancing eye contact with me, then chatting amongst themselves seemingly begrudgingly determining who would take my order. Eventually I was helped, but with ZERO eye contact, was asked “what would you like?” In a very short tone, and wasn’t given a thank you, a wait time estimate or even my receipt!! I had to ASK for the receipt, which has my order # on it, which didn’t seem to matter anyway because every time I’ve been inside to order, I ALWAYS have to itemize my order for confirmation!! One time I ordered 2 burgers, one with extra pickles, and they person literally wouldn’t hand me the order til I confirmed that I asked for extra pickles!! There were 2 other people than me in the store, you can’t tell me there’s more distinguishing between those orders than PICKLES to quickly give me my bag? Btw, I waited 18min for that particular order, 5 of which I estimated was due to the lack of coordination with orders…
Sorry that was so long but I can’t help but drive home the point that this location literally sucks SO MUCH...
Read moreMade an order for a big mac meal with some saved up points through the app, upgraded my drink to a milkshake and got 2 apple pies, paid the extra charge for it and when I go to pick it up they say the milkshakes gonna take an extra five minutes, and asked me if I wanted to wait. I said no, I'll just take a coke then and the girl disappears for ten minutes (this was through the drive through, they didn't make any indication of having to wait that long and they didn't tell me to pull up in the waiting parking spots when there were people waiting behind me).
After waiting ten minutes the girl comes back with my meal, so I ask if I can switch back to the milkshake since I waited for ten minutes. The girl disappears for another five minute and another girl comes out and tells me it's gonna be an hour, so I say thats fine and ask for my money back since I paid extra for the milkshake. I tell her that I paid an extra charge for the milkshake, and I'm assuming the point of sale on her end just shows that I got a free meal without showing that I was charged extra for the drink upgrade.
I explain to her how how I was charged extra for the drink upgrade, another girl comes out and I have the exact same conversation with her. They finally get the manager, and even the manager accuses me of lying and saying I didn't pay anything extra. I ask her if 2 apple pies is 4 dollars and she LIES TO ME AGAIN and says yes it is $4 dollars. I have to dig out the email receipt showing that the apple pies were only $1.80 and that the extra charge was the milkshake. She realizes her and the other 2 girls were being complete imbeciles, grabs another girl and tells her to give me a refund and my food and runs off without even apologizing.

Canada is one of the only places in the world where you now do not have to do a job properly in any sense of the matter, and you still get to keep your wage and job. Like I’m sorry….youre all just farting around back there NOT COMPLETING ORDERS, and the orders you do complete are the worst food items I have ever seen in my life. Like do you have no shame? If you’re religious at all, you should know damn well that whatever higher power is above us is looking down on you as a crook and a thief. You don’t get to screw over regular people who are just trying to survive on a constant basis and not have any repercussions. I will do whatever it takes to get this location looked at by the people who actually care about their careers. Yall need therapy and to be fired immediately.
I ordered off skip, it took over an HOUR, dude was waiting there for so long for 3 burgers and 2 drinks plus a fries. You forget one whole burger (surprise) and you legit don’t put bacon on the BLT?? Are you all drunk and high back there? How do you make a BLT with just the LT? Like what in the world. This is so disgraceful and I hope yall find out one day that it’s not okay to steal from other people and rip people off, all while getting paid for it.
