Javanut — Restaurant in Milton

I purchased a milk frothed from here in late August and a few months later it stopped working. I called the company that it came from assuming the store couldn’t do anything for me since it’s been several months but the company couldn’t really do much. I regularly purchase my nespresso pods here so when I went in one day I mentioned this to the individual working the situation with the frothier I bought a while back. She took down my number and said she would let the owner know. The owner called me and told me she would contact the rep of the company this milk frothier came from she just needed the serial number of the one I had. I said I would send it to her later but I got caught up and never got around to it. She called me back to follow and a few days later to get that serial number. I was so pleased that she went out of her way to follow up. She got the company to send me a brand new frothier. I was so pleased with her service and care. It is so rare to see anyone care these days about customer service and this owner really went above and beyond to ensure that my experience there was good and an issue was resolved. She really didn’t have to do any of that and I would’ve understood nothing could be done but she didn’t. She went the extra mile and I will always support this business...

I discovered this place through a support local group and I can't believe I have never been (or ordered from) here before!! There are so many coffees and teas! Something for everyone. I'm keto so dessert style teas and coffees are my treat. Lauren helped me pick out some amazing teas and my new favourite coffee. As a bonus the Pluck and TeaPigs are Canadian!! It's supporting a local small business and also a Canandian manufacturer. If those aren't your thing she offers endless brands and choices from everywhere. I highly recommend giving this place a try.
