OKO Bagels — Restaurant in Milton

Nah this place isn’t it anymore. I work in the mall and come here daily. Alyssa is the only decent person who works here, besides all that 3 of there staff quit all at the same time. Since then this place has totally gone down hill. The blonde girl who is fairly new who works here is extremely rude, she’s always miserable and very quiet. I asked her to make my hot chocolate with milk as the others do and she fully makes it with water. She makes a fuss over it for no reason. The one time I came in here a couple weeks back she was looking for her pay and started crying and screaming her pay wasn’t at the store, and was somewhere else noneless she also mentioned she doesn’t know why they can’t put her cheque in the right location, she also mentioned she had to already drive so far for “this stupid job” well if the job is so stupid why are you working here?

She did it in front of a whole row of customers and acting like a 2 year old. She clearly doesn’t care to work here she is a complete embarrassment and shames customers.

I have appreciated the previous staff and including Alyssa who is still here to this day. She always makes my coffee or hot chocolate spot on. I will now not come in here when high maintenance blonde is in. But will come when Alyssa or the owner is here..

This post isn’t to shame or bash anybody it’s just to speak the truth on what I have seen since she has been working and have heard many other complaints too, I don’t enjoy coming here when she is on shift, and it’s sad because this place and the employees are top notch besides her self and I don’t appreciate hearing these things or not getting what I clearly asked for like (double double or milk in my hot chocolate) it’s not hard it’s just customer...

We visited OKO Bagels location in Milton this weekend and had a great experience! The staff were friendly and organized, which always helps. The space is small but still feels like a cozy spot inside the mall to grab coffee & lunch. There are two tables outside and ample seating in the mall should you choose to forgo a more on-the-go meal.

During our visit, we tried a few menu items. We tried the BLT sandwich on an everything bagel, a caprese sandwich on their rosemary sea salt bagel, and a chocolate chip bagel with birthday cake cream cheese. The flavor on the bagels was mild, making it a perfect canvas for a sandwich full of fresh ingredients, none overpowering the other. We liked that the birthday cake cream cheese was not overly sweet as well. We washed it all down with a hazelnut cappuccino, which was absolutely delicious. Our favorite bagel would have to be the rosemary sea salt. It was so unique and versatile - we even got one to take home & cut up as part of a charcuterie board. This place is a dump! No shocker that every review is 1 star ; I know people wanted to give no stars, because I did. HORRIBLE ATTITUDE!

I work in the hospitality industry as a bellman. My job is to provide a service with a smile. The girl behind the counter forgot her manners and her smile at home, what a sad addition to a crumbling store. Not only did she look the part but she just had a bad attitude.

My wife’s tea was leaking everywhere out of the cup, and the girl behind the counter didn’t even bat an eye lash. The bagels were absolutely TASTELESS, blend and unappealing.

Another costumer was at the counter buying a coffee, when she was served the coffee she complained it was cold to the touch and the girl behind the counter proceeded to argue telling her the coffee was brewed an hour prior and they only refill when the coffee is empty.
