Pizza 360° — Restaurant in Milton

I want this to be an opportunity for these guys to improve. I have actually ordered from here 4times (in a 3 week span) now but the last experience really has me reconsidering. You guys can be great if you just follow some process and professionalism. No point of having good handling certificates if you dont follow what they teach.

I ordered 2 large pizzas and 2 cheese poutine.

1. please practice proper hygiene. When making or touching food...you must have gloves on. It was really surprising for me to see that they came back from delivery and started touching the food and pizza without washing hands. Same goes for the guy who was taking ordered without gloves and then going back and touching food.

2. my pepperoni pizza - they forget to add pepperoni and I noticed that they just fried the pepperoni in the fryer and dropped it on top of a cooked pizza. What was astonishing was they were touching the pepperoni with bare hands and going about like nothing. The first time I ordered they had generous amount of toppings...which is fine for the prize the charge but this time it was very disappointing.

3. I ordered 30 mins before and yet had to wait another 15 mins inside the store.

4. please improve your process. Your special is always out...philly steak and it's always a 1 hour wait. It's a great choice...just wish it was available more.

They have the best pizza right now compared to all other places. And I am sure the things I have listed here are routine in some other pizza places as well. But if you really want to become big and be the premier halal pizza and dominate.....please incorporate some of the feedback. Your pizza already cost 40% more than other places...I would like to see the price reflect the experience and quality more. Good luck. When I first tried these guys pizza, my initial reaction was " Below Average" which is a fact. These guys have one special thing for their pizza and that is their swirly dwirly sauce on their pizza. If you took away the swirl, guess what you have, a pizza loaded with cheese to the point where it starts falling apart, and a thick, dry crust. And the pizza has no flavor. In other words, an extremely below average pizza. Now, it's pizza, "Poor man's food" one may say, except it isn't in this case. The most overpriced pizza's in the world, don't buy a pizza from here, buy a Lambo and a Miami penthouse for the same price. Ok that is an exaggeration but you get my point. The overpriced nature and bad flavor of this pizza makes this restaraunt a negative 5 star, but unfortunately Google allows one as the minimum. Unfortunately.

Edit: should be negative 100 stars now. The owners responded with 'some people' to this review. Listen buds, if you aren't or simply can't take criticism, perhaps you shouldn't be in the food industry. I suggest that you immediately change professions, because you guys aren't cut out for this business. For people reading this review, horrible customer service, bad tasting food, do not come here. I repeat, DO...

Pizza: The meat was yummy but nothing fancy. We got a halal pepperoni pizza, and a taco pizza. The taco pizza had no swirl, but otherwise tasted fine.

Food handling: I was kind of upset that they weren't wearing masks properly in the back while making the pizzas. Only one of the three people who were handling food was wearing their mask over their nose. No visors or anything to provide protection between the food and the people handling/cooking.

Service: Customer service was excellent, and they were really quick with actually preparing the food. The people handling the register were really kind and eager to serve. One register clerk who was being trained was not wearing a mask at all (luckily there is a plexi glass between you and the cash register, but still not a good vibe since they are on the side where the food is...).

All in all not an awful experience. Always want to support local business and the food tasted fine. I just hope they get their kitchen staff wearing their masks...
