I had the pleasure of dining at Popeyes recently, and I must say that the experience was nothing short of amazing, all thanks to Manager Gurpreet! From the moment I walked in, it was clear that this Popeyes location was exceptional, and it was evident that Gurpreet played a significant role in making it so.
Gurpreet's warm and welcoming demeanor immediately made me feel valued as a customer. He went above and beyond to ensure that my dining experience was perfect. His attention to detail and dedication to customer satisfaction were truly commendable.
Not only did Gurpreet maintain a spotlessly clean and well-organized restaurant, but he also took the time to check in on each customer, ensuring that everyone had everything they needed. His friendly and professional attitude is a testament to his leadership skills.

Read moreHonestly disgusted at what happened today. We ordered some takeout, 16 pc chicken, 2 sides of fries, a side of mashed potatoes, and the regular 8 biscuits that come with it for a group of 5. My teen daughter is the only one who ate the mashed potatoes and biscuits. She said the mashed potatoes seemed "off," and tasted a bit sour. Took a look and yep, spoiled. Then she mentioned that her biscuit was a bit odd too. Once again, spoiled. The colour of the biscuit is just fully off. Bright yellow, and the gravy is a shade of orange. She seems like she has food poisoning now. I called the restaurant to let them know that their stuff is spoiled. They said we could come in and exchange it, but we declined because it is not worth the drive. I let the woman on the other end know that all I wanted was for her to know that their stuff is spoiled and to be careful handing it out to others. She said that they "replace it every two hours" and that it "cannot be spoiled". After a bit of back and forth, I gave up on them. I've worked in fast food in the past. I know full well when something is spoiled and when someone refuses to take accountability. It cannot be that hard to just replace the batch. How little do they care for their customers? Honestly, I'm appalled. It's not even the way that they treated this issue, which yeah, was awful. It's the fact that my daughter is now feeling sick and we practically have to beg her to eat anyway. Read moreI never write reviews but this time I had to. I had a really bad experience at Popeyes Santa Maria blvd Milton branch. The man at the counter. Don’t know if he is the owner or a staff member was extremely rude. I placed an order for pick up. Literally Came for pickup in 5 min as I was close by. But changed my plans to dine in. The fries were literally cold! Asked to change it and the man at the counter said they pre make the fries for pickup orders only that’s why I got cold fries. I ordered 12 pieces of chicken with it. The box was closed asked them to change the chicken since the fries were cold then the guy refused and started arguing!! He was really rude. And then he said “I am 30 mins late, that’s why my order is cold”. Did he checked the time when I place an order?? Did he checked when I walked in?? Nothing. I literally came in 5 min. Please check the time and then say something that is completely not true. The food was cold. He completely refused to replace the chicken with a fresh one.
