On November 10,2024 at 5pm I was at drive thru location address 632 Santa Maria Blvd,Milton, ON L9T 7H6.
For order there are two lanes left side of the lane was empty I choose to wait behind one car on the right side lane, front car ordered but in the mean time another car came for order i was still behind that car waiting for my turn but I understand completely that technically now to order it is the turn of the car in left lane. It is completely fine till now.
Here comes my turn to order the food in right lane but what I see/heard through the drive thru speakers that a tim horton's employee started taking the order of the car in the left lane but instead it was supposed to be my turn waiting in the right lane.
So I skipped to order there and directly went at the window to place order there. I explained what happened to me to the guy at window giving order he was were good at customer service and took my order.
Tillhere everything was ok for me no problem at all but here comes a lady wearing headphone and started shouting at the window guy saying 'hey we can't take order at window' which I can hear very clearly it bothered me but I ignored.
Anyway my order was ready and guy opened the window to give me order as soon as window opened OMG you don't believe what happened, the uneducated lady started shouting again on his team member for giving us food in front of us. She was literally shouting so loudly that window was closed automatically but me and my gf was able to listen her saying something's about our ordering method.
Now here I was hurt so I asked the guy to call her because I wanted to talk to her but she was so fed up of her job that she completely forgot about the basics of customer service.
I mean there is a way for everthing and one has to follow that proper way. She is no one to spoil my day and my girlfriend's day. If she would have guts to say such thing she should have said to me on my face than I would have let here know how to give good customer service We both were in state of shock. Since I don't have a time to fight with such lady so I left the drive thru with my order moreover I didn't want to waste the time of people behind me waiting for their food.
