I visited this Tim Hortons on July 14th around 7pm. I went inside and ordered a medium coffee with 1 milk 1 sweetener along with a few other items. I went back to my car and noticed that the coffee smelled and tasted absolutely horrid. I then went through the drive thru and asked if they would be able to remake it for me as I understand that mistakes happen. The gentleman working the drive thru took the coffee back and dumped it out and told me “I dumped it out and I don’t know what that was but I am very sorry”. So it was obvious that there must have been something wrong with it. He remade it and I went all the way home to notice that it still tasted terrible. I called and spoke to a manager who said she was sorry and that she would make me a coffee from a fresh pot. I drove 15 minutes back to the Tim Hortons only to be treated terribly. I went through the drive thru and explained that I had called and before the manager even let me finish she told me to pull up. She handed me the new coffee and with a VERY bad attitude asked me what I “thought” was wrong with the previous coffee. I told her that it tastes as if it was very old / possibly burnt. And she then said in a very rude tone that it couldn’t be possible because she gave me that coffee from a new pot. And I told her that I wasn’t lying and the coffee even smells bad. She handed me the new one and said “if u still “think” that one is bad then u can have ur money back” (to be fair, after having to remake someone’s coffee 3 times and wasting about 30 minutes of someone’s time you should already be offering their money back) I tried to hand her the previous coffee that they made for me the second time and she refused to take it saying that she can’t bring it into the store. I understand if that is the policy but the gentleman before took the coffee back when he made me a new one before. After the manager handed me the coffee I could tell that it smelled the same as the other one and told her, I proceeded to taste it and it still tasted bad. I explained this to her and I wasn’t even upset at this point I just wanted my money back because it wasn’t worth the issue. She told me in a rude tone once again to pull around back and she will pull up my order (for the refund) and I waited FOREVER for her to come out. She was incredibly rude to me and handled the situation very poorly. Before I had even made it to the window she had a bad attitude. It is part of a managers job to handle customer complaints and apparently she was not capable of this. I am completely disgusted with the (non-existent) customer service I received at this Tim Hortons and will never return. If I could give this Tim Hortons 0...
Read moreI recently went to this location wednesday august 8th and this was the most horrific service ever. My friends are Indian and when we ordered my friend wanted to pay for the order then when we were going to leave he would take his coffee. The cashier didnt understand what he was asking for but there was a really nice indian worker behind the counter who my friend discovered he could ask him in their language what he was trying to communicate. The store was busy and loud so you could barely hear what my friend was saying to the crew memeber the next thing I hear is a white lady on the food station yelling at the crew member to only speak english only english she was angry and rude she done looked at my friends and said we only teach them to speak English on the floor I chimed in and said really this is Canada if someone has a language barrier it comes in handy to be bilingual how dare you say that you only teach English to them on the floor who is that the human beings that work with you she then insisted to continue to say English. She told us customers will complain...they werent even talking for a long period of time. She then was laughing and smiling and clearly didnt register she was saying things to them. We then found out she was the manager her name is Janet disgusting really horrified that this woman is a manager we were so disgusted we barely drank our drinks. Canada is multi-nationalities and this woman discriminsted hugely and humiliated my friends and staff if thats how she talks in front of customers what does she do behind closed doors. I have been waiting to hear from their head office and will take this to media if need be in this day and age I have no tolerance for racist people especially when they are managing staff of different countries I will be telling everyone I know family friends coworkers about the experience and service from Janet I was a manager in food service and never in 14 years have I...
Read moreReally mad at one of the servers there. I came in yesterday to order 2 drinks and timbits. I had an offer on the app for a 25% discount on a cold drink so I wanted to use it. I was paying half cash and half by my card. As I was about to scan my points the server said I can't scan it anymore because he had already deducted the cash amount. I said okay but I want to use the offer so is there a way to just refund or void the order and just do it again. He says no there isn't and kept pushing that I pay the amount. I have worked in reasturants too and I know you can do refund or delete the order. At the end he's like the only way I can do this is to refund the order and I'm like okay just refund it. Clearly he was able to do it but just didn't want to. After that I paid for my order and he goes to make my drinks. I am standing right there and started talking to the other lady working there about me and on top of that I got my drink and went home and realize he didn't even make my mothers steep tea right. She literally said that this is the first time the tea tasted like water. I have uploaded photos of the drink and this drink was just not it. I always went to this location of tims but please I have noticed that this location stopped doing there job right. The drinks have become tastless, and if your inside waiting in line you will see the servers just talking in hindi and keep you waiting. I hope tims resolves this matter soon cause I really was not happy about this...
