If I could rate Vito's a ZERO STAR I would. We called at 6:30pm on a Saturday and ordered a medium pizza with a pound of wings, simple enough. I was told the order would take 45 minutes to 1 hour, after an hour and fifteen minutes I called to check on my order, without even checking which order I was the lady yelled into the phone "DRIVER ON WAY, FIVE MORE MINUTES, SORRY".
Fifteen minutes later (Now total order time of 1 hour 30 minutes) I called back. I was told that the driver had been to my house and no unit number was provided (I obviously provided this all with the first order, not my first time ordering food to my townhouse), they also tried to tell me that they called me earlier and spoke to me on the phone and I told them that I would pick up the order and then cited a phone number that wasn't even mine, which story do you really want to run with here while you imply that I am lying?
The entire process was a complete disaster, they told me the pizza and wings were waiting and they would send them out despite the order sitting in the store for over 45 minutes. They offered no resolution or even a legitimate apology, just cold food. I cancelled my order and I am more than happy to take my business elsewhere. What a joke, learn to keep your...
Read moreAwful experience- we waited 45 minutes for delivery (which we didn’t mind) and received our pizza with incorrect toppings (one of which i am allergic to) and the pizza was burnt. When I called, I was left sitting on hold and no one came back to attend to my call. We won’t be ordering from here again. What disappointment. They didn’t even want to help make it right.
Edit to add- the restaurant says i’m a “bad customer” and that i’m trying to get free pizza from both uber and the restaurant. this is incorrect and incredibly unprofessional to make accusations. i reported the incorrect pizza to uber while i was on hold before i got hung up on. uber needed to review the complaint and photo submitted before approving a refund which has yet to happen. even if they offered me a free pizza, i wouldn’t take it because we won’t order from your establishment going forward or provide you any business. learn how to treat customers and speak to people with dignity and respect. your establishment had one job- to make the pizza (and correctly) and you couldn’t do that let alone speak to someone properly. avoid this establishment...
Read moreI called within 5 minutes of when pizza was delivered...it was freezing....I asked to speak to manager and was told he was not in but they would call me back. Put pizza in oven to reheat as I work 13 hour days, up for 16 as I’m a single parent...put pizza in oven to reheat! They called me back 3 minutes after phone convo but I just missed it and called them right back! I was told that now I would have to wait to speak to manager....3 hours go by, iv had to feed my kids reheated pizza, so I call, I complain...they won’t do anything about it!!!!! Worst service ever. The company I work for orders from there all the time and it’s never been cold....I will be letting them know and make sure there are no more $100-$300 orders. And what is even worse is now I’m reading past reviews about the pizza being cold and taking so long and management not even seeming to care to respond!!!! Worst customer service ever, have some respect for your customers because without them...you would not have a business!!!!!!!!! Decided to try them again...
