I am a very busy person, walking anywhere from 10,000 to 20,000 steps a day at work. I started using the tumuric tulsi about 1 1/2 years ago. At that time I was taking up to 800 mg of advil and 800 mg of Tylenol just to control my the pain in my feet and hands due to arthritis so I could work and sleep relatively pain free. My Dr's just told me to take a topical pain killer and some Alieve (which doesn't work on me and I want no pills) . Since then I have been able to completely take myself off of any advil and Tylenol and can rely solely on the tumeric tulsi. I simply add a 3 pumps at to my coffee in the morning and off I go. On days where my arthritis is really bad I simply have another cup of coffee in the afternoon with 3 pumps. I can't believe what a difference this product has...
Read moreI love the tega teas, my favorite is red rooibos, I had a girlfriend over the other day and she prefers coffee and I served her red rooibos she liked it so much she drank two pots. Ha! my other favorites are honey bush , orange spice rooibos and the oolong digestif blend I the stories on the boxes are funny and informative and I appreciate that Tega policy to be organic and free trade. The owner helps other women to start up their own business in third world countires. I'm impressed with the integrity of the whole company.
