241 Pizza — Restaurant in Mississauga

I’ve been going to 241 Pizza for years, but the quality and service have really gone downhill recently, new ownership maybe? . I ordered two pizzas last week and one of them was supposed to have bacon on the entire thing, but they completely forgot it. They also seemed to throw on random green peppers, barely any tomatoes, and almost no onions.

The week before that again ordered the two pizza special. They messed up the kids pizza that was supposed to be half pepperoni and half cheese. Instead, it came fully pepperoni, and some of my family members don’t eat pork, so we had to pick it all off. Not too mention on both occasions the pizza was luke warm and not well done as request.

When I called customer service, they asked questions like “How much of it did you eat?” which was laughable because the order wasn’t made correctly to begin with. Then they told me to go back to the store for and offered $5 off my next order. Nobody orders pizza to then have to deal with going back and forth with the store.

I sent in a complaint and never received any response or acknowledgment it’s been a week. . Really disappointing to see how much this place has changed. I don’t think I’ll be ordering...

Great experience for the first time at this specific location. Family run. Mom is very sweet and works everyday diligently! I eat pizza often and love trying all the new spots but for price/quality this place rocks. I always get my pizza with extra sauce and she did not disappoint! 241 Pizza in my opinion is better than most other Franchise Pizza joints. Just find their sauce, cheese and toppings is a step above without breaking the bank. I tried the new Cup and Char pepperoni and loved it! The Cup and Char pepperoni is as good as the top premium pizza joints like Maker Pizza for the fraction of the price. 241 reminds me of my childhood experience and she absolutely nailed making that pizza for me. Will be back to order various other menu items from this location only. Just look at the photos! Absolutely beautiful! If you’re a pizza lover, you know by the looks. I did eat one slice right out the oven in the car for the freshest review! Of course I burned my mouth a bit but was totally worth it 🤣. The garlic dip here is way better and less heavy than...

This is My final attempt contacting you guys. ime I’m contacting you guys and have yet to receive a response. I originally contact you guys on Sunday and haven’t received a call or email. My name is Aaron and my order number was 0075-011. I ordered Pizza and Wings. I have to say I love 241 but I Was fairly disappointed in the food quality this time around. I had special instructions For the pizza/ called in to verify they understood what was happening. Now granted I ordered extra sauce but when I got the pizza Was squished or the sauce was running and it stuck to the box. The wings were not Honey garlic and Hot sauce mixed as I requested. By mistake I put traditional style but again when I called in to make changes to the order.

I am just disappointed in my experience. Normally I don’t complain at places or even say much but I have 241 all the time and it is never like this. To make things worse I have not heard from anyone from 241. If this is how you guys deal with someone then I will not be giving you guys any of my business...
