Good. Burgers are better than McDonalds...better quality in my opinion. Taste more like a fresh homemade BBQ burger. Got the Teen burger, husband got the guacamole Uncle burger and my friend got the Spicy Chicken... We each had a bite of each other's - delicious! I liked the avocado in the burger but personally I wouldn't want to eat a whole burger with it... I liked the spicy chicken burger but it was just a bit too spicy for me ( I have a low spice tolerance though). I loved the thick glass ice-cold mugs that the drinks were served in. Frosty! So cool! Loved these! Makes for a fun experience. They come in a variety of sizes so even kids with a small drink can enjoy ☺️. Cups are also available for sale to take home. Neat momento. Parking is good. Located right beside a home Depot store and a great place to stop for lunch. Loved how the fries were served in clean, shiny metal baskets - nice presentation for a fast food joint! We also used the complementary Cajun spice that they have available in a shaker to dress our fries up with - yummy! Highly recommend! The creamy smokey chipotle dip for the sweet potato fries is spot-on perfect. Have had similar dips that didn't have the right chipotle taste... This dip was excellent however. Noticed the Go Green recycling initiatives. Great to see! Clean. Nice sitting tables inside. Friendly staff. Modern. Well maintained. Clean washrooms. Clean serving trays for dine-in. There's a drive through that's pretty fast (not as fast as McDees but fast enough). Will definitely go back. My personal favorite: the Teen burger combo + sweet potato fries and small...

Where to begin. Upon walking in, Family and I were greeted by what I assume was a welcome of some sort but as all the workers appear to be temporary foreign workers it was an understandable mess.

While ordering it seems they follow a script of some sort as to what to say because when asked about switching onion ring to fries, the employees mind seem to be blown and had to deliberate with the team before figuring out what was being asked. When asked if we wanted frozen drinks or cups, I very clearly stated cups but was charged and given frozen mugs anyways.

The food was ok. 2 of the 4 burgers had noticeably colder centres than the others and fries were Luke warm almost cold, lettuce was about to go bad.

While sitting and eating, as no new customers arrived for a little while the team decided to have a team building exercise voiced in their loud foreign language at the front by the take out window. A reasonably quiet lunch was out of the question it seems.

While packing up, we (small children included) were pestered to scan the QR code to leave a review which prompted me to actually leave one for once.

In a time where there are scammers using QR scans to essentially steal personal info and banking information I find it extremely stupid to go around intrusively asking patrons if they could scan this piece of paper with a code and a picture of a bear.

It’s sad to see how customer service has taken such a dive in the past few years and I will be reconsidering take out locations and especially will be avoiding this place in particular and advise anyone reading this to...

ordered very simple 1 uncle burger combo, spicy hab chicken burger, 2 wraps and a side onion rings. i ordered this at 1 am so i expected to be parked or wait a while. but instead the asked me to drive thru and come back a few minutes later (as most fast food places do now a days). overall the service was okay, but what got me was the fact that i knew i shouldve checked the bag. i knew with how uncertain the cashier was when giving me my order, that there would be a problem. But unfortunately i just got off from an overtime shift and just wanted to go home. To no surprise the spicy hab chicken burger was missing. that didnt even bother me that much, im usual not too bothered, mistakes are made and these things happen. but what honestly brought my reasoning for my review was the fact that when i attempted to call the store to make them aware of this issue, the number planted on the website does not work or isnt available at night time. welp i imagine now if i were to mention this tomorrow when possibly the number would work , they wouldnt be able to do anything for me. my only other option would be for me to drive 15 minutes back there tonight just for this to be fixed. but ultimately whats the point, its an inconvenience that isnt worth the issue. but you should know this going forward if you are going to order from this A&W. hopefully they fix the phone number and their overnight service. hopefully this review helped...
