FINAL UPDATE:
Phoned back in, agent claimed my package was never lost - despite another agent telling me that is was lost days earlier. And we set up another delivery date, being told this would be the exact date 💯 & we went over the address again.
The package was delivered two days before the updated date that was 💯 verified multiple times. Yay. I just happened to be home. Lucky. And a neighbour just happened to be outside the building and guided the driver. Also lucky. So who knows. I am truly happy to see some positive reviews in the last couple of months. I wrote and called Uni while I was still waiting, and Shein, about working on these practices and that there does not need to be such frustration all around. So hopefully there are positive changes for everyone. Regardless I personally will do anything I can to have FedEx or DHL be the carrier.
UPDATE: It has become even worse. They now can not even find my package. Ie. No indication driver returned it to the warehouse when they lied about incorrect address on day two of OUT FOR DELIVERY . Maybe she or he did to give the benefit of the the doubt but no indication. I got through on phone. The other day I was on hold for over two hours.
Original issues -
Before package went out from them, I made sure they had clear delivery instructions. Days early. They thanked me and verified it.Had my phone by me & up. When this company says 'out for delivery' they do not mean that day. Maybe, maybe not. How absurd. Could be days. Cancelled plans to be there for delivery, because I have a locked exterior door. Nothing came. Phoned customer service. They let me know 'out for delivery'' means maybe that day, maybe the next. Even they have no clue. So went onto the next day. Waited. Checked website several times, still 'out for delivery''. While home, with phone nothing was followed. Not my clear instructions. No text. No call. Package back to warehouse and I have to do even more work to get my paid for package. Why? What was their reason? Wrong address excuse. There is nothing wrong about my address. This is an absolutely common occurrence, all these wrong addresses that other couriers have no issue with. Why? Because they are not wrong. Many reviews explain that their package went back for this excuse. So over forty-eight hours of my time wasted. And lies told. I will be letting Shein know that if they don't get Uni to change their basic business model I won't support them wasting their customer's time. And I like Shein and appreciate them. I have had zero issues with FedEx or DHL with this company. And I read reviews about Uni before delivery but disregarded them in that to give them a fair chance. Because they deserved that. But this is their business model, not just an error. Out for delivery could be days. How absurd to waste people's time like this on a regular basis. I got an email saying my package was delivered, and when I checked the email it had photos which clearly showed my package delivered to the wrong address as the building number was incorrect! When I went to the building the package was delivered to which was an apartment building, suprise suprise the package is nowhere to be found, and no one there has claimed to see it.
It is extremely frustrating that the delivery driver working was clearly incompetent in doing their job properly and lacked the skill set to read addresses or numbers incorrectly.
The package also had my phone number on it, the delivery driver could’ve called me but didn’t. Furthermore the label on the package has my name, address and telephone number, so now some random person has my personal details which is upsetting. The package hold meaning for me and was a special gift that is very expensive and irreplaceable now. I notifed UniUni straight away through the online platform as phone line is closed and still didn’t hear back. End of the day how can this be resolved if the package is long and gone, all because someone couldn’t read the correct number on a building properly, and even took a photo of the package at the wrong building with the wrong building number for proof and sent it to me, honestly how bad can you really be. Or maybe the delivery driver took these photos on purpose and stole my package, who knows. There are quite a few complaints of other customers having their packages missing or delivered to the wrong address.

They will not take responsibility, nor will they compensate you for their incompetence.
Most critically, they fail to deliver on time—if at all. Packages routinely go missing, arrive severely delayed, or never show up. This not only leaves customers frustrated but forces merchants to deal with the fallout of Uni Uni’s incompetence. If you’re a business, expect to handle angry customers, refund requests, and negative reviews—all thanks to Uni Uni’s complete failure as a logistics provider.
