I recently visited Bagdad Restaurant and I have to say, the experience was truly outstanding thanks to Ahmed, who was responsible for the dining hall. From the moment we arrived, Ahmed welcomed us with a warm smile and professional attitude. He was incredibly polite, respectful, and attentive to every detail. He made sure our table was always clean, our food arrived on time, and that we had everything we needed without even having to ask.

Ahmed has amazing customer service skills — he listens carefully, communicates clearly, and treats every guest with genuine care. He constantly checked on us to make sure we were satisfied, and he handled the dining hall with great organization and confidence. Even though the restaurant was busy, he stayed calm, friendly, and professional.

It’s rare to meet someone who works with this level of dedication, energy, and respect. Ahmed represents Bagdad Restaurant in the best way and he truly makes customers want to come back again. Thank you Ahmed for your excellent service – you are a great asset to the team!

My experience at this restaurant this time was extremely disappointing. The thing that bothered me most was the cashier's behavior. Her performance was poor and she showed no respect or concern for the customers. She was often late, her response was polite, and she didn't seem to like eating human flesh.

I noticed that the Iraqi girl who used to work there wasn't there this time, and I really felt a big difference. Her demeanor was always refined, her words were clear and understandable, and her smile made the atmosphere of the restaurant comfortable and enjoyable.

The food was average and nothing special, but unfortunately, the service was all over the place. I hope the management puts more effort into the behavior of some of the employees, because customers don't return to a place unless they feel comfortable, not...

First time visiting with my family. We came in after a bad experience at another shawarma place and told the host, who was very welcoming. He quickly took our order for two beef shawarma sandwiches and a bottle of water.

We were served some appetizers right away, which were tasty. Our water never came, but the sandwiches arrived about five minutes later. Unfortunately, the shawarma had no smell, no seasoning, and the beef was dry with no real taste—just HP sauce and tomatoes.

I ended up not eating mine. When I went to pay, I was asked how it was and honestly said it was tasteless and dry. The staff disagreed and said everyone likes their shawarma, but for me, it’s not shawarma.

Shawarma should have flavor, seasoning, and the richness of the meat’s oils. This had none of that. Price doesn’t match...
