One of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had. Being at the airport is stressful enough for travellers, somehow these employees at this Booster Juice was able to make it 100x worse. I ordered a matcha banana smoothie and the drink didn’t taste in anyway similarly to the way it typically does when I order at other locations. I spoke to the cashier about this issue and they kept saying that it was my fault (I don’t understand how that can even be the case) and eventually agreed to remake it for me. After remaking the drink for me they kept side-eyeing and talking bad about my friend and I from the kitchen while we were trying to enjoy the drink. Not only are the workers disrespectful and the quality of the drinks are very poor, the cleanings of this location is also concerning. The tables and floors are littered with wrappers, cups and old drinks, and some tables are just straight up dirty. This is quite unfortunate at this location seems newly renovated and has a lot of potential to do well if they care for the success of their business. The cashier took the drink from me and said they would remake it. It tasted the same so I asked if I could just have my money back. The manager came to me and said I couldn't have a refund because I've already wasted so much of their product and I should just buy a new drink. She claimed I should have just asked for my refund instead of having them remake it and waste product. I explained I had asked for the refund and didn't want them to remake the drink, but the cashier hadn't given me the option. We argued about this for 5 minutes while she told me that if she refunded me, the money would be coming out of her paycheck... She finally refunded me all while trying to guilt me by continuing to tell me it would be coming out of her pay. Absolute worst customer service I've ever experienced. Read moreI've been a loyal customer of Booster Juice for over 20 years, faithfully ordering the same drink every time without fail. The High Impact with a simple substitution of raspberries for blueberries has been my go to Drink. However, my recent experience at this location was not great at all.
When I received my drink, I took a sip, and I knew it was not made right as it did not taste the same. It was clear that something was missing I called the manager over, I attempted to rectify the situation, politely explaining that my drink had not been prepared correctly. Instead of receiving the understanding and customer service I expected, I was met with resistance and argument.
Despite my insistence that I knew the taste of my drink better than anyone, the manager seemed unwilling to acknowledge my concerns. I requested that another drink be made. In response she quickly grabbed my drink and whipped it into the garage bin.
