Booster Juice — Restaurant in Mississauga

2:40 pm Thursday mar 31. Whoever this lady is should be retrained on fresh juices. I’ve worked for the company for 3 years as a store manager and with that being said either she wasn’t trained properly or the protocol is incorrect. I ordered a hail to the kale and she began to make it by first juice apples and all other ingredients and should I said it was coming out red meaning she didn’t clean out the juicer from the previous orders that consisted of beets. She then walked over to the kale and was about to drop it in the jar I said no can you please juice it she said If I juice the kale it won’t come out :s I’m mind blown at this point so I politely explain to her exactly what to do because I asked for a juice therefore all elements should be juices unless it’s for example a lemonade which requires strawberries. Back to the point…. I told her first add lemon ginger then add the kale , basil and then apples. I also asked her to rinse the juicer first so I don’t get the red colouring from the beets. Which she tried to say she can’t it’s just the Color and i squad yes you can and she did it. She did not add the basil though. Either way you guys should re train her because a customer doesn’t want to here I can’t do that when literally every single booster juice I’ve been at and worked for juices kale in a juice and blends it...

I’ve been meaning to share this for a while—better late than never.

Unfortunately, I had a really disappointing experience with the customer service. I visited with my daughter, and the young girl behind the counter was handling a large order. She asked us to wait and said she'd help us as soon as she could.

We took a seat and waited patiently. About seven minutes later, another woman walked in. It took around ten minutes for the girl to complete the first order, and instead of serving us—who had been waiting much longer—she went straight to help the woman who arrived after us.

I pointed it out, but she didn’t offer even the slightest apology, and continued taking the other woman's ordee. We ended up leaving, and I promised myself I wouldn't return (and never did). Really unacceptable service.

I wish I could give them a zero...

I love Booster Juice and go quite frequently in the summer. Today, This was the first time going to this location Financial Dr. Brampton). I ordered 1 regular size and 1 snack size Booster juice. The lady at the cash did not give me my receipt, or ask me what booster to add in to the regular.... Then the other lady made a regular one instead of the snack size which would be fine but the cash lady was like no, it's a snack size and made her pour it into the smaller cup and throw out the remaining smoothie.
