When I arrived I found at the staff was very positive and the most important thing in life is to be positive and always hope for the best!🤓🇨🇦🥳

Please try to be generous whether you want to leave a nice tip or you want to buy somebody in the area french fries. This is Canada be polite!🙏

🤔 I get that it gets cold in Canada and I would expect people to say "Burr", however I hope that when you eat here you will not say "ger"....🤷🏻‍♂️🤓

Anyways that was kind of a joke because it's going to be cold, so if I HEAR people saying burr..ger... i get it! (Because you're angry its cold!)

Not a real burger, more like a meatloaf. Thin, dry, zero taste (although maybe it was the mayo that overpowered the meat flavor). Mayo? It was a default condiment...I never would ask for mayo. Tried exchanging my mayo sandwich for a new one...and cashier redused to accommodate, instead looking back at order to verify we didn't say, 'No Mayo' Fries are coated, and cooked twice, making them extra oily. Not my favorite taste. Debit machine did not allow me to skip a minimum 10% tip. Combo order for two took 15-20 minutes to cook. Had to ask for salt and pepper for plain, oily fries..got one of each, had to ask for a handful; not like this expense comes ftom the employees pocket, provide properly to the customer, once and don't force them to return to the counter extra times! Never going there again, or any otherBurger...

Was torn between giving a 4 star or 3. Service was prompt, helpful, and friendly. The food was really good. Had a poutine which is rarely made well in my opinion in other places but they made it very well here. Burger was nice, full of toppings without skimping on anything, and juicy.

Which brings me to the 3 star part of this review. Juicy burgers. And not the burger bring a problem but the evidence these burgers leave. Which was all over every single one of the tables. The floor in the main area was definitely not swept. I went there for 12. They open at 10 if I'm not mistaken. There was also no way the washroom should look/smell the way it did 2-3 hours into one's shift. Sooooo I could only imagine the state of the kitchen where we can't see. 2 months open and this is where we...
