Gong Cha Dixie — Restaurant in Mississauga

Service is great! A lovely and kind lady made my drink and was very patient when I took my ample time to decide what I wanted. You see, I am a picky boba drinker. I like to make sure that every single one of my taste buds will enjoy the drink before I order it. And that can take a while. It's a significant scientific process. But the employee was very kind and did not mind at all! I'm not a fan of the pudding. There's an artificial vanilla taste to it. Grass jelly and pearls are YUMMALICIOUS, though. There isn't much atmosphere because there isn't much "store"; It's a little booth that is quick and convenient, but not a good idea if you want to sit down with someone and chat. It was overall a decent experience, except for one thing: those gosh darn paper straws. Now, I know this is for the environment. But, come on! I dislike the feel of paper straws in my bubble tea. I'm sorry. I'm still a liberal, I swear. It's just.......wrong. Oh, well. Maybe I need to modernize my thinking. The world is burning, after all.

In summation: Gong Cha Dixie is great if you want to stop by and get some boba quickly, but there isn't anywhere to sit down, so don't expect to sit and chat with your friends here. If you have friends, that is. The boba is decently scrumptious. The paper straws........we don't talk...

I ordered food and a bubble tea from this location this evening on Uber eats and the croissant waffle came completely raw on the inside. Uber eats only returns the money for the affected food item but I’m sad because I waited for the delivery and paid a service fee for this after a long day at work only to be unable to eat it and now I’m worried I’ll get sick because I had a little before I noticed it was raw. I’m really disappointed. I usually love gong cha which is why I ordered it at the end of a rough day.

Update: Uber eats amended the refund to the entire order, but it still doesn’t redeem the fact that I waited for this order to arrive only to be disappointed and unable to eat the food. I really hope this location can be careful about this in the future because uncooked dough poses a huge food...

The brown sugar milk tea and mango green tea are absolute must-tries, with fresh ingredients and just the right amount of chew in the pearls.

The staff is friendly, efficient, and always willing to customize orders to match your taste. Even during busy hours, the service is quick, and they always get the orders right. The shop itself has a clean, modern, and cozy atmosphere, making it a great spot to relax or grab a drink on the go.

If you’re a bubble tea lover, this location is a must-visit! Highly recommend for quality drinks and great customer service. Can’t wait to come back and try...
