Edit review: Wednesday 30th April 2025 I went to take out Vege burrito between 7:30 pm to 8 pm(evening); (1) the wrap was not heated enough properly, (2) sautéed vegetables green paper and onions were tasted like it’s rotten (not fresh & ; not hot at all) (3) I asked Asian lady who was serving me to put some queso as I never tried it before! (4) she moved the wrap to North Indian looking guy who said to that lady to leave the wrap and he will wrap the burrito ( by the way 2 minutes took him to wrap it with minimal toppings on it) when I moved to counter to pay , I decided to add small chocolate milk that I gave it to cashier, this cashier I believe he is Indian (who was wearing black turban ) he asked me WHAT MY ORDER IS? I replied with ‘ Vege burrito’ , immediately the guy who folded my burrito replied very loudly with the bad tone to the cashier and me “ VEGE BURRITO WITH QUESO “ like I WAS not going to pay extra for it ? Brother I know I paid half cash $8 / 10.17 cents for the order total in $18. Like I am not gonna skip the payment for it or hide it that I took queso . These front staff need more soft skills, moral values and customer service training more than anything. For your information I can go to Oakville location but come here twice,! Guess what not anymore! have been Chipotle in many cities but this store lead me very bad experience.
TAKING MY REVIEW BACk! I’ll tell everyone whom I know not to go to this store for this experience.
Nice vibe, music, fast working Staff and lots of Dining space . Just need a separate table to return the Tray (dine -in -tray) after use. Lots of newly Renovated parking...
Read moreStory time of customer point of view. Went in to order using my rewards points, let the lady know before I'm ordering I'm using my rewards points, then asks my what size of quesadillas i want, i say whatever size you get if your using the 2000 rewards points in the app. She confirms with someone else and you get a normals size not a kids, makes my food, when it comes time to pay, we can the app and it takes my points and they tell me that reward can only be used online, so i ask then why does it say scan in restaurant, they say they do not know, I’m bringing food back to my pregnant wife so i pay but whats the point of spending money at a store you cant claim your rewards points at, but you can online. Best part i still didn't get my points back even though they said they will return to your account. Point is not worth coming to a store that skimps out on portions and doesn't let you use your points at even though you earn them...
Read moreI’ve been a longtime customer of Chipotle, but lately, it’s getting harder to justify the cost for what you get. The portion sizes have noticeably shrunk while the prices keep climbing. It feels like they’re trained to scoop the absolute minimum for every ingredient like they’re rationing out food in a survival kit.
You order a bowl, and by the time it’s done, you’re wondering where the rest of it is. A few strands of lettuce, a half scoop of rice, barely any meat, and they still charge you full price (and then some if you want guac or double protein). It’s frustrating to pay over $20 and still leave hungry.
If you’re going to charge premium prices, then offer premium portions. Customers shouldn’t feel like they need to ask for “just a little more” with every scoop. I’d really like to see Chipotle step it up and bring back the generous servings that made people love the brand in the...
