The waitress we had was on her third day hopefully that explains why she didn’t check on us we seated and it was 15 minutes before the waitress came over and said she didn’t know it was her table. we finally got our food. The appetizers bread was so hard for the spinach dip. It was so hard. I literally could snap them in half with one hand and they just snapped and cracked and crumbled. You’re still supposed to be warmed pita bread and the mashed potatoes definitely instant I would skip them if I was you and so I wanted some gravy for them to help make them taste better and I wanted to eat the cheese artichoke dip, but I couldn’t do that until we got softer pita that wasn’t hard as a rock I had to flag down the hostess eventually and another waitress to find my waitress because 20 minutes ahead were empty because she brought her food appetizer together, which was fine we did but she never checked to see if we wanted to drink we did and my time she came and we showed her the bread she went and got more problems by the time the bread came the cheese spinach dip was cold and when I said I needed something for the mashed potatoes she said she could give me butter, but gravy would cost me. I said that’s fine. She brought me gravy but no butter and I told him that I couldn’t eat the spinach dip because they got cold and she didn’t really have anything to say, and we needed napkins. She was gone. I couldn’t we had to catch her. She didn’t bring us back drinks positive about her is she did not reachover the child we had with us. she didn’t place things within her reach. I’ve had waitresses pour coffee over a child’s head like you know, reaching their arm across like seriously she did not do any of that. She was good when it came to the toddler. We were in a booth. I sat the child in the highchair because I know she won’t stay seated in a booster however, when we were cleaning up everything and took her to the bathroom to clean her up. brought her back to the table and there’s so much graffiti on the walls when I’m literally teaching her not to do that they could clean that up but they don’t obviously

If I had to choose which restaurant I would NEVER recommend to a friend, in a heartbeat I would pick this place. I am absolutely disgusted with their service, the environment and the way my family was treated. For starters.. - we stood there waiting to be seated and the manager had to ask the girl to clean the tables, she puffed and rolled her eyes and then did a sloppy job at wiping - We waited over 20 minutes just to order and then waiting another 30 for our food - We had asked for utensils because they gave us 3 instead of 4 and another 10 minutes went by and no one came. My boyfriends mom had to get up from her meal and because no server was in sight, she had to find us forks.. truly upsetting - Me and my boyfriend ordered the same dinner (which was the top sirloin and lobster dinner) …the worst of it all was the lobster tail. The moment the plate was in front of us, we could smell that it was bad. It was absolutely disgusting - We asked for the bill and again no one came back.. it was not until we flagged the manager that we got it. The nasty smell of the lobster was making us feel sick and we told her if someone could please come get the plates. Those plates still sat in front of us until we left the restaurant.. the manager was shifting the plates around to make space for the bill, like where’s the common sense? Take the plates that we have asked to be taken numerous of times and then there will be space! - We had let the manger know about the lobster tail and she said that she would deduct it, which we appreciated But once we got the bill, we noticed that there was no deduction and instead we were overcharged for an additional pint of beer. We told the manager and she insisted that it was right, she then another minute later said that she made a mistake and that she had to fix it There’s so much more that happened in between all this but I’ll leave it to that. I have never been one to complain but this is beyond ridiculous. DO NOT EAT HERE!

What really ruined the visit was the service. Our server didn’t check on us once after taking our appetizer order. We finished the appetizers and still had no chance to order mains, we had to flag down other staff just to get her attention. When we finally placed our order, we asked her for forks, and she said she’d bring them, but she never came back and again had to ask someone else. Not to mention I specifically asked for NO tomatoes on my sandwich because I’m allergic and still received tomatoes, I had to switch plates with a family member because I knew I would have to wait another 20 minutes just to get a replacement. After about 30-40 minutes we were finished. Where was our server? No where to be found. We were left waiting and had to ask another server named ‘Adan’ who was actually amazing and super helpful for our bill and takeout containers. It was Father’s Day. We were really looking forward to it, but it was a frustrating experience overall. The restaurant may have had a physical upgrade, but the quality of service has clearly downgraded. This server simply isn’t ready to be working alone yet. She lacked basic attentiveness and follow-through. The staff needs better training if Roadhouse wants to deliver the kind of experience people come for on special occasions. Disappointing.

Well this is the first time I've ever gone to this location I have gone to other Chuck locations and I have always seen that there are many staff members unfortunately at this location I believe the entire location only had two staff on site, because the girl that was the bartender kept running back and forth from the bar to the kitchen and the waiter kept running back and forth getting some drinks for the clients and also would disappear for a very long time people were waiting to be seated there was absolutely no hostess to greet you as you arrived. I am not sure how this establishment is run if you only have two people in the entire establishment there were a lot of clients but most of them were just drinking and they were a couple of people there for lunch and no one had food. I believe that they were using the waiter in the kitchen making the food and trying to get drinks for everyone that's why he would disappear for a very long time and the bartender also running back and forth helping him. It took us about an hour to get our Burgers and Fries that we had ordered to go to say the least this was the worst experience we had ever received from a Chuck's Roadhouse. I had never had a Chuck's Burger this was my first time and my boyfriend and his parents say that this is not how Chuck's burgers are so they were very unsatisfied with the food. I'm not sure if the two people that were on staff either had to step out and go and buy some burgers at the store and present them as a Chuck Burger or what was going on it was very dry and the lettuce was wilted and the amount of fries that we received was unacceptable just to say I did not finish my burger. I'm not sure exactly if this Chuck's Roadhouse was even equipped to serve food equipped to serve drinks yes 100% because the lady behind the bar tried her very best to do as much as she could to keep at least the people that were drinking with their drinks popped up as quickly as she could. But I believe that the poor bartender lady was having difficulties running and doing everything this day and so was the waiter. I would not recommend this place to anyone due to the lack of workers and unfortunately the food that we received was not to the standards of other Chuck's restaurants so I would say go somewhere else if you are looking for food but if you're looking for alcohol sure you can go there but just order the alcohol do not order food. Unfortunately they do not have the adequate staff to perform both duties so the review for this Chuck's Roadhouse unfortunately if I had to rate it from 10 out of 10 I would give this Chuck...

This Chuck's roadhouse location has the absolute worst service you could ever possibly imagine and it clearly stems from horrible management and training. As a manager in customer service and someone who has worked in a couple restaurants, I am very understanding of staff and all the possible reasons things could be less than amazing. But the service there is far below subpar. I don't ever like to write bad reviews, but it just needs to be known and the owners need to be aware.

My family and I (table of 8) went there a month or so ago where we were served by someone "new". From all my experience both as an employee and customer, never have I seen a new employee. be given the responsibility of a larger party without shadowing a 'veteran' server. We waited 30 mins for an initial greeting. 12 mins for our waters/pop. Another 15 to order and then about 40 mins for our food to come out. When it did, a lot of it was cold and my steak was cooked incorrectly - I had asked for med rare and I received a well cooked steak (they put picks in the steak to tell it's doneness) When I had asked for it to be fixed, the "remade" steak took about 25 mins to come out and my family had pretty much finished their meals by then. And, not to be surprised, the steak I received was still well done and could easily tell the pick was just replaced. It took another 25-30 minutes for the server to come anywhere near us for us to ask for the bill. There was nothing on the bill that was taken care of even though we expressed our concerns to the server. And when we spoke to the manager she said that she wasn't aware of the problems we were having and that we needed to be considerate as the server was new.

Fast forward to today. my boyfriend and his work staff happened to go to this location to celebrate their manager getting a new position. The service is equally as terrible. they waited an hour just to order and the server looks as if she either hates her or job or doesn't want to be helping them. The attitude is gross and the rudeness is not acceptable in any service industry.

This location would do well to look for new staff or the bare minimum management who is able to properly train people. Please don't work in the service industry if you are miserable. It's just very unfortunate and there are many people who would love a job and could probably do it 10 times better than the staff at this chucks...
