My family and I came to this location last week during buffet hours, and the cashier happened to be the Food Service Manager (Mahasen). We purchased lunch buffet for us and our 4-year-old daughter, but our daughter refused to take a single bite and just wanted to play.
So I went back to Mahasen and asked for a refund. She took my receipt and said "go back to your table and I will come with the refund". More than 20 minutes later and she still doesn't show up! I can clearly see she was just standing there at the cash register doing nothing! I again went back to her to get the refund, then she started making lame excuses like "computer not working" AND "I'm busy". Then she started suggesting I buy milk, juice or plastic cups...all of that to avoid refunding my money back.
I then went to another staff member and she did the refund in less than a minute! Mahasen, then leaves the cash register and comes directly to our table like a beggar sticking her hand out and yelling "give me my money back, I saw you feeding your daughter". What kind of an employee does that to a customer for giving a mushroom topping to their kid??!! even if we really fed our daughter (which we never did bc she refused to eat in the first place!!)???!
we were like "excuse me?!", then she grabs the manager of the gaming area and tells him that we took "her money"... the guy was even disgusted by her and didn't know what to say. Then she lowers her voice and makes a RACIAL comment about my wife's dress as she was walking away!!! I said to her "shame on you". ALL of this HAPPENING in front of our 4-year-old daughter!!! There was no upper management personnel to talk to so we decided to leave the place all together!! our 4-year-old daughter was traumatized by this disgusting RACIST creature named, MAHASEN!
Then ONCE AGAIN, as we were leaving the place, she started talking to costumers and pointing at us saying "they took my money"!!! She was very RUDE, RACIST and totally UNPROFESSIONAL!! We called head office and told them about what happened but NEVER got a call back from them as to what they will do with her and her racist comment. Because of this DISGUSTING and HORRIBLE treatment, we'll NEVER EVER GO BACK to Chuck e cheese never again!!! We will definitely take our business somewhere else where they respect and value costumers and do anything to win...

We went and were intending to buy an hour however, since we have the app, we checked it before going and noticed that there were coupons and deals going on. I had seen a buy one get one deal as well as a one hour play for $19.99. However, I had a hard time finding where in the app I thought I had seen it, but I figured the cashier could help me. When I got there, the cashier did not know how to assist me so I was assisted by what I think was a supervisor or a manager at the front desk. I told her that I had seen the Bogo, but that I couldn’t remember where I got it. She told me that she had no idea what I was talking about and that if I get an offer, it’s a special offer from head office and they need a special code. I finally found it and she told me it was expired. I’m not sure why staff arnt knowledgeable about their coupons. So I then went looking for the 19.99 coupon. I looked for 20 mins and multiple times asked the woman for help If she knew where it was since I couldn’t find it again. I even said to her “why can’t you help me?” And she shrugged her shoulders. She then told us multiple people had used it today. So I asked again if she remembered what the screen looked like. She then told me annoyed that I had to go to the website. I told her I had but then finally let me know each location has its own website. SHE KNEW THIS THE WHOLE TIME and instead of being helpful she made my son stand there while I struggled to find what she knew already. Her tone was rude. I was so upset it honestly ruined my time because I couldn’t believe I was giving money to a place that acts so gross to their customers.

Read moreSoooo disappointed!!! All summer, we had been coming to Chuck E Cheese on Argentia in Mississauga without issue. TODAY not only was it aweful, but the service was even worst!!! Firstly, we ordered a large cheese pizza, annd a salad bar and loaded our 3 cards with 60 minutes of play. We were told it would be about 30 minutes for the pizza. At the 30 minute mark, my boys paused their time (my daughter didn’t). My youngest (6 yrs) couldn’t pause his card, so he went to the front and spwith a Customer Service rep, who said there was a problem with his card, but said it was paused. After 20 minutes (been waiting 50 minutes for pizza), my oldest (12 yrs) decided to go back and play. So, my daughters time finishes, 60 minutes, I asked about the pizza and I am told another 10-15 mins. My oldest sons card finishes, been waiting 1h20 mins….still NO pizza!!!! My youngest decides to start playing, but his card is not working. Turns out, it had NOT been paused, so it sat in my bag waist if it’s time. Complain to the manager about pizza, now been 1h30min. Told AGAIN it would 10-15 mins. Frustrated, I ask for a refund, which he agrees to.
