9th visit: order four pieces of chicken and the mac & cheese bites. The mac & cheese bites were so delicious. Cheesy, crispy, and savory. Continue ordering mac & cheese bites in the future

8th visit. Ordered four pieces of chickens in the Texas red rub. And churro bites. The Texas red rub was the wet rub. It wasn’t the dry powder rub I was expecting. And tasted bad. It taste like spicy rib sauce. Lame. The chicken texture was nice and tender though. The churro bites are five pieces and it’s just a cut up churro. It’s the equivalent of half a churro. I would not order this again. I would rather get the mac & cheese bites, those seem like more effort to prepare.

7th visit. Great. The takeout bags were back to the brown paper ones. The chicken texture was not soggy. And was crispy on outside and tender in outside. Great.

6th visit: Awful. The takeout bags were the clear plastic ones. It made the fried chicken, humid and soggy. Tasted DISGUSTING. DISGUSTING. IT IS WET SOGGY FRIED CHICKEN. It has to be paper bags or else you are going to hate this soggy disgusting fried chicken when you get home.

1st visit and 2nd visit: ordered 3 x 10 chicken wings. 20 were regular, 10 were spicy. Then order two apple pies, onion rings, and jalapeño poppers. Everything taste great I had 2 of the plum sauce, ranch sauce, and honey dill sauce. Tasted great. First visit was delivery. 2nd was pickup.

3rd visit: Ordered 3 x 10 chicken wings only. 20 were regular, 10 were spicy. For SK’s card playing group. They like spicy more. But there were no sides this time. This was a more disappointing experience. May not come back. Didn’t find it good value anymore

4th visit: Ordered 3 Tex supreme fried chicken sandwiches for myself. And 2 cokes and 1 sprite, all bottled. Sandwiches tasted great. Thick and juicy chicken on my sandwiches. I like it spicy over original cuz it’s more flavour. Not much flavour to the meat, but the flavours from the mayo, lettuce and tomato enhanced the total flavour profile of the sandwich. Ate mainly the meat. Future, get this again if I’m in a chicken sandwich type mood.

5th visit: got chicken wings. All spicy (my fav). Got these sauces: plum, ranch, honey dill. Got onion rings, jalapeño poppers, coleslaw. A coke, ginger ale, and sprite. But know the drinks are cans and not bottles. Kinda cheap cuz they’re charging high prices for small cans. Whatever. Takeout is now on paper bags (great. Cuz the plastic bags made the fried chicken soggy). The chicken was much crispier and juicier this time. Keep it up.

5th visit, 9March25: ordered 2 x 3 whole piece chickens. And 3 Nestea S (Fuze). Was expecting them in bottles. But in smaller cans. Future - order coke...

See this place all the time but never tried it. Decided to take the plunge yesterday.

The store was very clean in appearance and the service was great. Our server was polite and professional and answered all our questions.

We ordered a family pack meal which included 12 pieces of chicken, 6 biscuits, a side of fries and a side of onion rings.

We were told 10 mins for our order to be completed so we waited in our car, no big deal.

The food was ready in exactly 10 mins. When we got home everything was still Piping hot and fresh.

First of all...the honey butter biscuits are AMAZING 👏🏾 😋 😍 🙌🏾 We all loved them. They're nice and crunchy on the outside from the sweet honey butter and nice and fluffy on the inside. They weren't overly sweet or salty. The balance between the two was perfect.

The crinkle cut fries were good. Still had the crunch and were cooked to perfection.

The onion rings were good but lacked flavour on my opinion. The crunch factor was absolutely there but you miss that punch of onion flavour that makes an onion ring and onion ring.

The chicken was ok as well. First of all I like spicy and my family likes plain. They enjoyed their plain pieces without complaint. My review of the chicken is based solely on my spicy pieces.

Again, the crunch factor was a 5/5. You bite into a piece and you got that great crunch 👏🏾 There was a faint trace of wanting to be spicy but barely. There needed to be more spice and or a level or two up on the heat factor to qualify as spicy 🥵

That was my only disappointment with the chicken. The lack of heat and or flavour of some kind to indicate spice.

It's right at Winston Churchill and Argentia right across from the dairy queen. A definite place to check out if you are a fan of fried chicken.

Good location, good staff, good atmosphere and generally clean, but I’m certain they lie about it being halal. Their chicken is always pink and has blood inside. They are also not able to produce a valid, dated certification form ICNA, ISNA or any other respected and recognized Halal certifying authority and the staff response is “boss said halal so it’s halal.” Impossible to have so much blood when you take apart chicken that has properly been processed in a Halal manner. Either that or their supplier is screwing them. I’ve ordered quite a few times here but this last time through Uber eats was my last and final order. Time and time again I’ve been overlooking but it’s too pink and bloody on the inside and I’m beyond convinced that irrespective of what they respond or say that I’m sure their chicken is 1000000% not Halal. Please instead choose a more trusted fried chicken location if you care about consuming...
