Wow, is there a negative star option for bad service? The lady was rude! She is not suitable to work in customer facing services. There were no other guests, yet she was so impatient with us taking a minute to look at the menu. I asked a couple questions about a drink because I don't go to Coco much and didn't know what it was. For example, I asked if I can add tapioca and she said a hard no and said there's already toppings. Fine, but when I asked what toppings there were, she had this attitude like why did I even ask her. She made me feel dumb or something for not knowing. I still don't know what it is. She made me feel like I was a pest to her. Furthermore, when the payment tap didn't work once, she didn't care and said "the machine doesn't work sometimes, just pay by card". I had to ask for her to reset it. (Without making me feel again like I was a bother to her. She made the 'ugh' and rolling eyes). I wish we just left at that point but it was 30 degrees out and we were parched. At the end, we asked for napkins since the drinks were all wet and it was the other nicer gentleman that gave us the brown hand towels. No thanks or anything until we left the store and WE wished them a better day. All in all, won't come back only because I don't want to experience that again. Probably the worst...

Saw the line-up inside from outside so decided to order online thinking that would ease the wait. It did not. The confirmation screen said my order would be ready in 5 minutes. I ordered online and went about my other business visiting other stores in the plaza.
Fifteen to twenty minutes after receiving the order confirmation, I went in thinking my order would be ready. It was not. I asked the young woman working there and she said it would take another 10 minutes. It took a little more than that, so about 30 minutes total wait time after the online order said it would only take 5.
I really don't mind waiting, but the online ordering system needs to be fixed to reflect true waiting times. The other issue was that the poor young woman seemed to be working alone on a Saturday afternoon. I believe she was doing her best but given the line-up and online orders, there's no way one person could handle that on her own.
To the management: I keep seeing comments like "hope your next visit is better." Take the feedback seriously and fix the problems starting with the inaccurate online ordering wait times and...
Read moreAbsolutely the worst Coco location in Mississauga. The staff is terrible, they don’t accommodate any customer requests and customer service does not exist here. My husband and I were super excited that this is the closest location to us, however.. I guess we’ll just have to go to another. Very disappointing and management needs to manage these staff better. DON’T COME HERE.

That’s very interesting.. I have been going to numerous Coco locations and they have ALL taken my orders properly without hesitation. Your location not only did not provide any customer service and training let alone made our experience extremely awful.
