I'm absolutely appalled by my recent experience with Domino's. I ordered a pizza, expecting a hot and tasty meal, but what I received was nothing short of a disaster. The pizza arrived looking pale and sad. Upon opening the box, I was hit with the unmistakable smell of raw dough. The cheese was barely melted, and cutting into it confirmed my fears - the center was cold and doughy, practically inedible. Hoping to resolve this issue, I called the store to explain the situation. What happened next left me speechless. The employee on the phone actually said, "You can complain as you want, we won't do anything." I was stunned by this blatant disregard for customer satisfaction. This level of poor service is unacceptable. Not only did Domino's fail to provide a properly cooked pizza, but they also showed a complete lack of interest in addressing their mistake. It's clear that this Domino's location doesn't value its customers or take pride in its product. I've been a loyal Domino's customer for years, but this experience has ensured I won't be ordering from them again. First and foremost, every time I place an order I make it very clear for the delivery driver to NOT come to our front door, rather we would meet them outside (as we live in the basement walk out apartment) every time we order they ring the door bell and wake our family upstairs. Secondly, there has been THREE occasions when ordering cinnastix from this location there’s garlic paste under the cinnastix! It’s never cut properly, so we have to do so ourselves. It’s disguisting tasting garlic with cinnamon! Lastly, twice our delivery driver has forgotten our beverages and dipping sauces. I know this isn’t a huge deal, but common! Now we either can either wait for the pizza driver to drive back with the sauces and drinks while our pizza gets cold or simply eat the pizza while it’s warm and by the time the driver gets back, the pizza is done and there’s no point to having the sauces.. We’ve thankfully have never had an issue with the pizza itself.. From the 5 times I’ve ordered here, I’ve had enough I’m not ordering from here again. Clearly state on the website that drivers do not carry change ,and customers should prepare the exact amount or ensure drivers carry a small amount a change ( such as a toonies / loonies or small bills ) for flexibility .or no cash accepted . I personally loves to give tips to delivery drivers for their hard work , some drivers don’t carry any change at all, this puts customers in a difficult position , sometime I end up giving an $8 or $9 tip on a $30 order😝 or staff inform drivers to carry change , I understand that around 95% of people use cards for payments ,but that doesn’t mean 5% who want to pay by cash , should uncomfortable ordering ...
