Fat Bastard Burrito Co. — Restaurant in Mississauga

VERY cheap with ALL toppings. As I was waiting for my turn I noticed it with those customers. When it was my boyfriends turn he ordered a large burrito, the guy isn’t using the correct portions for toppings. He doesn’t use the spoons he uses his finger tips and puts nothing!!! He literally put 2 green peppers. That goes for the rest of his toppings on his large burrito, and when it came to my taco it looked like he put 10 pieces of shredded cheese on each, but the scoop for cheese is a hand full. I had to ask him to keep putting more and then when he put more there was no justice. Looks like he’s trying to save or doesn’t want to refill his toppings so he doesn’t give a lot. I don’t like laziness and cheapness. I’m paying for it, so give me the correct portion. Not coming back there’s no excuse or reply that will change my mind.

Response to your reply: I asked for cheese and Guacamole, so charge me for it, don’t put 10 pieces of shredded cheese. No one told me it was extra, I would have paid. However, like I said it’s an excuse because you were cheap on all toppings for the large burrito and those toppings were included. Also, you were the one who made my taco and the burrito (the owner) because how else would you know I put guacamole on my taco. You made our food because you remember me. This place doesn't even deserve one star. I went here around 12:10pm today with my colleagues, and coming from a customer service background I am absolutely appauled. The male and female working there were incredibly rude and had no concept of basic customer service skills. The couple who ordered before us had an awful experience in which their bowl was made too spicy and the male working refused to give them another one. This resulted in the couple leaving the store with a burrito they could not eat. The male working told me I could not have beans on my quesadilla even though other burrito places happily give you beans. I had to ask almost 10 times before he gave me beans, and he had a horrible attitude the entire time. I asked for BBQ sauce because the quesadilla was dry and he tried to charge me $1.05 for a SIDE OF SAUCE. Absoutely ridiculous, one of the cheapest workers I have ever encountered. Additionally, the woman who ordered after my group asked for no salsa and the female worker put salsa on her burrito and would not make a new one. Not sure who hired these people, but they need to go. I will never be going back to this place, neither will my coworkers or the three other customers they disappointed. 100% of customers within 20 minutes were dissatisfied. I don't usually write reviews and mostly appreciate good service in person but today i need to describe the worst experience I've ever had in a restaurant. Firslty, the person didn't entertain us and we had to wait 10 minutes until the person completes the Uber order for which there was no one to pick. Moreover they have written for faster service please order online?what if someone needs help with the order and wanna make customize the order as the app doesn't show all the needed customizations. When he packing my burrito I saw that it was a bit loose and when i opened it everything was oozing outside in the bag but i didnt have time to ask them to make it again. When i reached home pulled beef was completely dry and it felt like it was made a week ago. In short i spent money and time to have such a bad experience.
