Terrible service, rude staff, and an overall awful experience.

Our simple order of 2 wraps was completely ruined. I cannot tolerate spicy food, yet my wrap was overloaded with spice, making me feel sick. Instead of apologizing and offering any form of compensation, they took back the incorrect wraps immediately—refusing to let us keep them or give them away—choosing to waste them instead.

Rather than prioritizing the corrected order, they proceeded to serve customers who ordered after us, making us wait in line again. My husband, trying to be reasonable & kind, asked them to only remake my wrap to save time—but in the end, his food went cold while waiting. We didn’t want to cause a scene, so we took the food and left.

Once home, I found the new wrap was DRENCHED in sauce, completely soggy, ripped, and falling apart. I couldn’t even eat it. I called the restaurant to give them a chance to make it right before posting a review. Instead of understanding the situation, the staff member argued with me, claiming the excessive sauce was "normal" and told me to bring it back for them to “see.” Most people don’t have the free time or gas to make multiple trips for food that should have been correct the first time.
