The food was fine but the customer service was really rude. I don’t know if rude is the right word to describe it but the servant we got was not really happy about the job, the way she expressed. Secondly, the manager was not welcoming. I have no idea why nobody cares about customer satisfaction, everyone just seem so fed up just because people show up for their food service. I’m not really happy with what happened today. I think you guys need to improvise your patio seating a lot and also plan and teach your servers a little bit about showing a smiling face when people come. It was really not a service we would ask anytime in our lives. Its was our first time and I think will be the last time too. People are here to enjoy your food, try to talk them into good conversations and also serving them happily instead of sad and bored faces. You opened the restaurant to serve people and you’re supposed to serve them as they deserve. If you feel like its not a job for you guys because you’re not happy for people showing at your place, better shut down the restaurant. I’m happy you’re standing for your staff and I’ve been a servant myself, so I really don’t see that as a problem or threat. A chef is a chef, a waiter , a waiter and a servant is a servant which I’ve been too. I did not disrespect anyone, I’m just telling you thats now how you treat your customers the way you did to us. Its no problem for us for sure, but you people and your restaurant lose the reputation. Also it is illegal to make your workers work 14 hours a day so be mindful about it too. Our first waitress was great we ordered an appetizer first and was still deciding on what our next meal was the second person that was there to take our second order for our meal . She was very much standoffish we requested 2 of the chicken rara one was going to be with rice and garlic naan, and the second order was going to be with the chicken rara with garlic naan only. The second girl looked extremely annoyed for what? we are two black people me and my friend love to try different cuisine and we didn’t want to be disrespectful and butcher the pronunciation of the name. Read moreGreat amazing taste. Me and my family visit frequently due to the food they offer however had a negative experience twice.
We were 12 people and ordered multiple items including 2 laccha paratha which never arrived. When we asked the waitress, she said she'll check and came back and said you were already served with that. We told her we didn't receive it as we were waiting for it specifically, later the manager came and we explained the situation and said the same thing to us that it was served. We said, we haven't gotten it and the Owner of the restaurant came, she said we already sent the parathas out but we never got it.
Finally they sent 2 parathas after arguing and the manager delivered it saying we already served you but if you didn't receive it we can check the security footage. We spent $400 on food, do you think we'll try to not pay for 2 parathas? That was extremely unprofessional behaviour of her to say we'll check the cameras. If you guys are reading this, I would love to check the footage of the security camera since you have generously offered it.
The second time we visited and ordered 2 soup with 5 bowls. They delivered 1 soup with 5 bowls. After waiting for 15min we asked they said sorry about that, we are making it now. Could have made both the soup together? It was the same soup.
