got the portable mushroom burger with the patty got the egg wrap and the sweet potato squares everything no flavour yuck. The black bean patty was frozen literally no effort thatâs nasty. The extra avocado add-on was literally turning black on the plate was the point of having avocado on the menu when itâs gonna turn black, so literally that was not fresh. It was literally vacuum sealed, half avocado and then cut up and served to me just remove it from the menu if itâs not in season And please use fresh ingredients if you can charge so . The lady at the counter was fabulous. Very nice. She was the only best thing about the restaurant literally keeping it together. and I will not be returning to this place had high expectations. Even a little bit salt could've helped this sweet potatoes squares, absolutely flavourless food and the avocado it looks like it was, frozen avocado, then cut in half even put on the menu. I will not be returning. Best to skip this place for something else and save your money. The sweet potato squares literally like theyâre so dried up why bother putting something on the menu when thereâs no flavour and itâs not fresh like it doesnât make sense if you gonna charge like a toe and nail for it. not a busy place for breakfast even on a weekend like this place should be packed so literally something is going wrong here and the food is not great. Please avoid it and skip it. Donât even bother to enter the doors save time and money.
Forgot to mention, yeah the egg wrap. I just love just eggs, but like this restaurant has no thought of flavour combination have no thought of the of the customer experience or what food supposed to taste like there was first of all no taste to any food. I was literally wasting my time driving to here yeah I will not be returning. Period.
Any update to which email I can reply...
Read moreI dined in the restaurant 1 week ago. It had been over 2 months since our last visit. I was getting really tired of the menu, since over the last 5 years or so I tried quite a number of items on it. I noticed the menu has finally changed, although I was very disappointed to see the cauliflower crust flatbreads were removed. The bruschetta was 1 of my favourites âšď¸. I have tried 3/4 burgers on old menu, but they don't have a gluten free option bun. I tried it in a rice wrap, doesn't work so well. On my last visit, I had chili soup, it was good, poutine, which I don't recall it having cheddar cheese, but I don't care for it, mozerella is better on its own, also the falafel wrap, which of course they don't have agluten free wrap so got in rice paper, ughh! It was terrible. It is very small and unfulling the Falafel for the price. I mean the food was average. I don't have any interest in bowls, as I eat them at home constantly, so when I go out I want something new & different. As for my friend, he was quite disappointed to see the black bean burger gone. That was his absolute favorite! He only ate 3 things at CB, black bean burger, chili cheese fries, pumpkin pie. Which the last time we had the pie it was frozen in the middle. Apparently, without this burger which I thought was dry & bland he would not return. But he's a carnivore, what can I expect!. It's quite a drive to begin with, but I am not...
Read moreMy rating is based on the service and lack of atmosphere. This was our first visit and we were unfamiliar with the menu. There was a man standing at the cash waiting for us to order and I even said I don't know your menu. You would think that might be an invitation for him to start a conversation and make a suggestion or two. Instead this man; who appeared to be older than the rest of the staff and completely disinterested in being there stood there and did nothing but look at us. I ordered the scrambled "egg" breakfast burrito that I kind of assumed would be warm but it comes cold and I mean cold like it had been refrigerated. My son ordered the Aztec bowl and between the two of us with no beverages it totalled $25.00 which for what we got is way overpriced. We were able to get a self serve water and my son was waiting for my reaction when I tasted it and it was room temperature and no ice available. The food was delivered by a young lady who simply took it off the tray and put it in front of us. In addition; no music or atmosphere at all. Meanwhile, next door at Edo Japan my husband was so impressed by how friendly the staff was there. They welcomed him and made suggestions and came to his table to ask how he like the food. Take note Copper Branch if you want this restaurant to...
