Fruity Fruitea — Restaurant in Mississauga

Went in today, paid for my drinks and sat down to wait for them. Along come a couple of teens, order their drink and stand around waiting. As the young lady preparing our drinks was working on them, one of the teens goes up to her and asks if she can get her drink quickly as she's in a rush. The young lady behind the counter obliges and gets her drink prepared ahead of ours, delaying us. Now, my complaint is not about the lady working. She was very friendly and tried her best to expedite the orders, but obliging such entitled customers instead of asking them to wait their turn as it is not fair to those ahead of them would have been the right thing to do in this case. If you're in a hurry, perhaps factor that in before you place an order when you see folks ahead of you in line. Another point of contention is after purchasing 6 large size drinks and collecting the stamps for a free 7th drink, I am charged a $1 upcharge for requesting a large drink. The owners should really re-think this policy as it is very petty, especially considering the high prices. Will probably be my last visit to this...

This place is new and so I am hoping they will improve as time goes by, but my experience today was anything but good.

The staff took forever to make the drinks. Not because there was a lot of orders before me, but because the staff was literally flipping printed pages reading recipes on how to make the drinks. While I have nothing against staff following recipes, the fact that even basic drinks required staff to open up the books gave the impression that the staff were given absolutely no training/practice before the store was opened to the public.

Paying $5+ for a regular sized black milk tea made by people that did not know what they were doing did not sit well at all.

Speaking of the milk tea itself, the tea had a powder texture to it and gave the feeling it wasnt made with brewed tea. For the price, I expected significantly better. The pearl / tapioca quantity was less too despite costing extra.

I hate to be critical of a new store but unfortunately by first experience here wasn't nice. I hope the owners step up their game and bring some...

This place is sooo lovely. I order pickup and delivery often because I love how they make my favourite drink (grape green tea), and it's close to where I live. I love the staff here too; they are always so kind, friendly, and accommodating. ♥︎ Superior customer service is vital to a good business! They have a variety of flavours and types of drinks to choose from (which isn't a case for all bubble tea stores), and they recently introduced rolled ice-cream to their menu! This is the best bubble tea place in Streetsville, 100%.

Yesterday, I ordered from Maha, and my drinks were perfect. :) They were very friendly, and they accurately followed my instructions!

A variety of item options, superior customer service, convenient location ... Thank you for always creating a positive experience, Fruity Fruitea!
