if i could give this place a zero I would! our situation happened Friday Oct 17th 2025. Called this location directly with no answer 5 times! so we called the main Gino line - the lady was less then happy to support. We told her our location and she took her order. 45 mins goes by and the drives calls, they wrote the address down wrong and he was 20 mins in the wrong direction. Keep in mind we told her our address 3 times. The delivery person stated we are out of their jurisdiction and to call a closer location. So... we call back the Streetsville location. another 2 times before someone answered. took 15 mins to place the order because we had to repeat ourselves, we even ask her to repeat the address to ensure it was prop this time. She stated 30 mins for delivery. 45 mins go by, we call she promptly says 5 more mins and hangs up. 5 more mins for what? till you make it, till delivery goes out? till it arrives at house? we waited another 30 mins. I call again. at this point we are done! i told them we will not be paying for the pizza when it arrives. The pizza arrives 10 mins later. I told the drive i was not paying and can take it up with the location- he called to confirm, spoke in their own language then said they need 50% then said they will take 30%. At this point we said dont worry about it we dont want it and walked away 5 mins later we get a doorbell and they gave us the pizza. WHAT A JOKE.... with all the running around and back and forth it was well over 2 hours before we ate. this is what the pizza looked like.... cutting inconstant and cold. This company needs retraining on customer service and new staff. I encourage you to take a look at your phone call recording from our original call to the main line. It states prior to speaking to anyone, that it will be recorded for training purposes. And... for the Streetsville location- WOW! how are you keeping customers if your not even answering the phone. Read moreThis location provide a big disservice. They have misrepresented their advertised walk in promotion. The staff on hand were incompetent and incapable to deliver and handle the concern and merely could only say that’s what the computer put in. Needless to say I was overcharged. Outside the store door is Large pizza with 3 toppings for $15 Walk-In special. I placed my order for that deal and asked for pepperoni, mushrooms and anchovies. It kept adding $2 to the total and I said I’m ordering 3 toppings why would you be adding $2. She checked with her other 2 staff members that want to say anchovies are considered as 2 toppings. I said that makes no sense. The topping list on the plastic covered topping list shows it as 1 topping and even on the board posted in the store show it as 1 topping. The response I got was it’s the computer that they get from head office that is right. So common sense is ignored. Clearly that is false advertising and a misrepresentation of pricing. I was not accommodated even though I showed them what they have posted. A clear disconnect between pricing and customer satisfaction. The service was deplorable and they need to comply with pricing standards and requirements to the consumers that shop there. I purchased the pizza and added green peppers and was charged $4. Read moreWe ordered Gino's Pizza from Streetsville for the late night for our Wedding. We have ordered from this location in the past, and have always been happy with it, no reason to complain. This time, they went ABOVE and BEYOND. We placed our large order 2 days before the wedding, and for some reason, my credit card wouldn't work to pay over the phone. The manager (unfortunately I forget his name) offered to drive to my house so I could pay in person, so it would be "one less thing to worry about on your wedding day." The day before the wedding, I got a call from Gino's because they wanted to confirm the order so that everything was perfect for us the next day. The woman on the phone asked me how the prep was going, how I was feeling, if I was excited, etc. Very personal touch, which I really appreciated from a chain restaurant. They delivered our pizza on time, and even left us a wedding card with a gift card inside.
