He told me to wait 25 minutes, I said, normally they say 15 minutes.he said It takes at least 25 minutes with a rude attitude. I said fine then, I'll wait. Then, other customers like me waited there . this low-quality rower bickering with other people working behind him. Finally, this guy brought the pizza and said to me in a rude way, said take it go also he like throwing put kn desk ." I headed towards the pizza and he took my garlic sauce from the fridge and threw it on the pizza. I was very surprised and saw that he treated me so bad . I asked him, "Can you tell me your name?" He shouted at me again in a harsh tone and said "wait, I'll give you my name." Then I walked away without saying anything because my friend was waiting for me outside. I had to be patient in order not to embarrass him. As I walked out the door, he shouted at me, calling me a stupid . I am currently complaining about this vile man here and I will also send an e-mail to the general manager of Pizza Nova. This vile man has no right to treat me like that. If Pizza Nova doesn't terminate his employment, I will boycott all Pizza Novas again.,
I hope pizza nova will take attention about it if k again see this rude boy there k will never go to there and I will again...
Read moreI love Pizza Nova pizza. The gluten-free crust and toppings are delicious. I would give this a 5-star rating immediately, except for my experience yesterday evening. Usually when I order, I prepay online for contactless delivery. Sometimes, for reasons that are nobody's business, I am unable to do that. Yesterday, when the driver delivered my order and I provided my credit card, he said: "you usually prepay online, what's wrong, you think COVID is over?" I was so taken aback by his question, I still ended up tipping him. I sincerely wish I hadn't. Then, when I called Customer Service, the first woman I was transferred to was rude, insincere and completely reluctant to help me. I hung up and spoke to someone else who said they would file a report and get the district manager to return my call in order to provide me with some sense of satisfaction. The pandemic is a very sensitive issue for many people. As a long-time and frequent customer of Pizza Nova, I do not feel that the driver's comments to me were appropriate or deserved. There is no rule against paying for service upon delivery and none that specifies that customers must wear a mask. The district manager has now returned my call and has said that there will be coaching involving the driver and that I would be receiving a coupon in the mail. Went in the time i was told but was a woman there preordering for a pizza party on Sunday. After discussing the cost and everything they came to an agreed upon price and she pulls out a whack of pizza nova gift cards from Costco They have to be swiped into the system so whike im standing there the guy starts swiping them in and they are having issues with it so i let them know I am not waiting all night for my pizza. Im leaving in s couple of minutes. They stop serving her and push me through but i dont even understand why the guy would start. If i saw another customer I would say i would like to serve him first so we dont hold him up. If sje was paying with a credit card or cash i would gladly wait. But a pizza order for 380 bucks all with 25 dollar gift cards? No way. I am not changing stores because of convenience...
