Karahi Master: A True Taste of Pakistan with Outstanding Service
We recently enjoyed dining at Karahi Master, a hidden gem offering some of the finest Pakistani cuisine we’ve ever tasted. From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with a warm and welcoming atmosphere that set the tone for an exceptional dining experience.
We started with various dishes showcasing the depth of traditional Pakistani flavours. The Chicken Karahi was perfectly spiced and tender, while the Goat Karahi was rich, hearty, and flavorful. The Bibari Kebob offered a unique, smoky taste that we thoroughly enjoyed, and the Shahi Paneer provided a creamy, savoury balance to the meal. The Nihari and Lahori Chanay were standout dishes, with the Nihari’s slow-cooked beef melting in our mouths and the Lahori Chanay giving us a taste of traditional Pakistani street food at its finest.
The restaurant’s owner, Asim, made our experience even more memorable. He was extremely courteous and friendly, ensuring we were well taken care of throughout the evening. His genuine hospitality added a personal touch that is rare to find and much appreciated.
The ambiance at Karahi Master was equally impressive. The space was clean, well-lit, and inviting, with a mix of modern and traditional decor for a cozy dining environment. Whether you’re looking for a relaxed meal with your family or a place to celebrate a special occasion, Karahi Master fits the bill perfectly.
Our servers were also fantastic—helpful, attentive, and always ready to offer recommendations or check in on us without being intrusive. As a lovely surprise, we were offered a complimentary Rubri Kheer dessert at the end of our meal, and it was absolutely delicious. It was creamy, sweet, and a perfect way to end our evening.
Overall, we had a fantastic time at Karahi Master and cannot recommend it highly enough. From the delicious food to the exceptional service, everything was top-notch. Whether you’re a fan of Pakistani cuisine or looking to try it for the first time, this is a restaurant you don’t...
Read moreGenuine personal experience please read my review fully, if you don’t want to experience same like me and our day was ruined anyways but i just don’t want to bash restaurant but rather give good constructive criticism to the owner and staff so that they can make themselves better in future insha’allah.
Food-1 star (lot of sweetness in karahi, 1 star for chicken malai kebab it was genuinely good) , Service-0 star (servers were really slow, confused one girl and one boy always looking at each other or seeking owner’s help also at least waited 45-50 mins for food ) Atmosphere -1 star(good interior but no proper space for freely sitting which matters the most )
We were group of 8 people, Went and booked the name on waiting list, Initially we have been told 30 mins wait time, When we checked back after 20 mins , owner himself intervened and told us sarcastically that its been only 18 mins, and now time will be 40 mins and in front of us telling his staff rudely that how did u give time of 30 mins tell everyone 2 hours at least and don’t promise anything , upon asking him will you calculate 40 mins from this time or u will calculate 18 mins which we already waited his answer was “I CAN NOT DO ANYTHING PEOPLE MIGHT TAKE 40 mins -50 mins DEPENDING ON THEM” , we as a customers Were REALLY UNHAPPY FOR OWNER’s UNPROFESSIONAL BEHAVIOUR TOWARDS US , THIS IS NOT PAKISTAN OR INDIA where people will TOLERATE ANY BEHAVIOUR, EVEN IN PAKISTAN OR INDIA OWNERS OF RESTAURANTS TREATS BETTER, Still we were like let’s give them a chance they might be busy and may be owner got overwhelmed. After waiting for 45 minutes to sit on the table again we waited for 45-50 mins for food and after that long wait too all we got is SWEET KARAHI OF TOMATO PURÉE also the biryani was just rice with 2 pieces chicken in it.
I hope this REVIEW WILL OPEN OWNER’S EYES and in future not only he will make better karahis but also he will make more efforts in terms of CUSTOMER...
Read moreIf I could leave a negative-star rating for this place, I would, because even one star feels too generous. From the moment my family and I stepped through the doors, it was clear we were in for a bad experience, but little did we know just how much worse it would get.
After being seated and placing our order, the so called owner, Asim, approached us in the most condescending manner. Instead of ensuring we felt welcome, he told us outright that we could only order once, saying, “I’m holding a whole table up just for you,” as if it was some monumental favor. The way he delivered this message was shockingly rude, making us feel like we were an inconvenience rather than paying customers.
When we politely asked about his attitude and why we were being treated this way, things took an even uglier turn. Instead of addressing our concerns or offering an apology, Asim’s behavior became even more disrespectful and hostile. He made it clear that our feedback didn’t matter to him by saying, “Bad reviews don’t scare me,” a statement that left us in disbelief. To make matters worse, he followed that up with “We won’t be serving you anymore,” dismissing us entirely.
The level of disrespect we experienced was unlike anything I’ve ever encountered in a restaurant. I’ve been to many establishments, but this was a whole new low. Customer service clearly means nothing to this business, and Asim’s behavior reflects an attitude of entitlement and disregard for basic courtesy.
If it were possible, I’d leave negative stars because even the bare minimum was too much for this place to deliver. Restaurants are supposed to make customers feel valued, but this one does the exact opposite. Save yourself the frustration, disappointment, and disrespect—there are far better places to spend your...
