Horrible horrible horrible customer service. If I can rate lower than 1 star I would. We had a reservation at 10:30 for 7 people. We make it at 10 PM and are told to wait until 10:30. Then we’re told that there are underage kids with us and we cannot be seated since they will get a $15,000 fine. We tell them the kids are not smoking and to seat us outside where there are FAMILY’s sitting outside. We’re told they can’t do that because someone might take a picture and send it to the authorities. I told the owner there are families outside and have videos and pictures to prove it. He tells me he’ll call at 10:30 to confirm our seating and we tell him we’ll have my cousin who is 15 to sit outside, and he says that is still not possible. We never get a call at 10:30 for our table, and after around 12 we go back to him and see there are STILL family’s everywhere sitting outside. We tell the owner and he switches up saying he can seat us but there is a $30 charge per person, at this point we don’t even want a seat but we were discriminated when there were babies sitting outside near the hookahs and nothing was being said and the owner stated that the babies were “on the sidewalk” which is between full tables of people smoking hookahs. He fully lied to us and we were discriminated against as it felt he was only catering to his own friends and family and the rules obviously don’t apply to them. I will be reporting them to the authorities with the abundant pictures and videos I have. Thanks to the owner for giving us the great idea that anyone can come and take pictures of their establishment if they see kids there and report them. I hope you guys stop discriminating and apply the rules to all and not just your people. Absolutely horrible horrible service, and the owner was very rude and completely tried to downplay the interaction. I’ll include one photo below and send the rest with the kids to the authorities. Adding another photo below which clearly shows a baby stroller.

The Bloom Cafe is an amazing place to take a break, relax and have a delicious Mediterranean meal with a touch of English flare. They had unique items on the menu like Shashuka etc… Faisal and Omar were knowledgeable in explaining food items they offer. They were very pleasant and hospitable. They greet you with a warm smile, enjoy conversation, getting to know you and treat you like family! I had the veggie omelette with a salad vs fries. The great thing is you can substitute a salad in place of fries! The omelette had so much flavor and I could really taste the freshness of veggies. It was very flavorful with delicate traditional spices of sumac and seasonings. The salad was crisp, chilled and in-house dressing was vibrant and a burst of light citrusy notes! It complimented the salad and meal very well. The sunny side up eggs were cooked perfectly as we ordered them and fries were well done, light, crispy and not a bit oily! They mastered the technic of oil temperature and fry time to make a perfect French fry! Couldn’t stop eating them. Coffee is fresh ground beans and brewed by the cup making it perky and delicious. The Arabic coffee is amazing here. Smooth with high notes of fresh ground cardamom. The Bloom Coffee is perfectly named rightfully so. The variety of coffee’s and ALL their food and beverage items surprise you with tons of flavor and freshness! This place doesn’t disappoint! - For all the hookah lovers, they offer hookah all day and night during their service hours.

I typically don’t leave negative reviews, but this experience deserves to be addressed. The food served did not match the menu pictures advertised online. Specifically, the plate we received was missing two items — plain pita and pepper pita — both clearly shown in the promotional images. When we politely inquired about the missing items, the staff responded dismissively, stating, “Oh, we don’t serve it with the food.” This raises a serious concern: if those items are not included with the dish, why are they being shown in the promotional photos? This is a textbook example of false advertising, which is not only unethical but also a violation of consumer protection laws in Canada. To be clear, the issue isn’t about not receiving a particular item. The frustration comes from the fact that the misleading images influenced our decision not to order sides, assuming those items were already included. If an item is not part of the meal, it simply should not be featured in the presentation. Moreover, the customer service left much to be desired. The dismissive attitude shown when we raised our concern only added to the poor overall experience. Unfortunately, I won’t be returning. I’d encourage others to explore alternative establishments in the area — many of which offer both high-quality food and professional service. Photos attached for references

Title: A Disastrous Encounter - Avoid This Store!

Rating: ★☆☆☆☆ (1 out of 5 stars)

My recent visit to the bloom was nothing short of a nightmare, and I feel compelled to share my appalling experience with fellow shisha enthusiasts. This store's utter lack of professionalism and disregard for customers left me deeply disappointed.

To begin with, the ambiance was far from welcoming. The interior was dimly lit, poorly ventilated, and reeked of stale smoke, which made it difficult to breathe and enjoy the food experience. The seating arrangements were cramped, uncomfortable, and not properly cleaned, giving the impression that hygiene was not a priority for the establishment.

The selection of food / shisha flavors was limited and poorly maintained. When I asked about their variety, the staff appeared disinterested and unenthusiastic, failing to provide any helpful suggestions. It was evident that they lacked knowledge about the products they were selling, which made it challenging for me to make an informed choice.

The worst aspect of my visit was the quality of the shisha itself. It was evident that the hookahs were not cleaned regularly, as the taste of my chosen flavor was tainted with remnants of previous sessions. The shisha also burned unevenly, resulting in a harsh and unpleasant smoking experience. It was evident that the store did not invest in high-quality products, leaving customers like me feeling cheated and dissatisfied.

Adding to the disappointment was the unprofessional behavior of the staff. They were more interested in chatting among themselves than attending to customers' needs. When I requested assistance with the hookah setup, I was met with eye-rolls and sighs, as if my inquiry was an inconvenience to them.

Furthermore, the pricing was exorbitant for the poor quality they offered. It was evident that they were taking advantage of customers' desire for a good shisha experience, charging unjustified prices for subpar products and services.

In conclusion, my experience at the bloom was nothing short of a disaster. The lackluster ambiance, limited selection, poor quality, and unprofessional staff make this store one to avoid at all costs. As a shisha enthusiast, I would strongly advise against wasting time and money here, and instead, look for other establishments that genuinely care about their customers' satisfaction and deliver a superior...

I recently had the pleasure of visiting The Bloom Cafe for the 3rd time, and I must say, it was an extraordinary experience that exceeded all expectations in every time. From the moment I stepped foot inside, I was captivated by the charming ambiance and inviting atmosphere and not to forget the amazing staff.

The highlight of my visit, undoubtedly, was the incredible food that The Bloom Cafe has to offer and unmatched Shisha that i never had in any other lounge or cafe.

However, it wasn't just the food and shisha that left an indelible impression on me; it was also the exceptional service provided by the staff, particularly Saif who has never let us down in each visit. Saif went above and beyond to book us even though the store was busy. Thank you Saif, you are AMAZING.

I also sincerely appreciate Mina for her outstanding service, dedication, and the genuine care she showed towards us as guests. Her warmth and attentiveness made us feel like we were part of The Bloom Cafe family. It is because of individuals like Mina that The Bloom Cafe shines and creates lasting memories for its guests.

The overall ambiance of The Bloom Cafe was simply enchanting. The combination of tasteful decor, soft lighting, and soothing background music created an intimate and cozy atmosphere, where I felt completely at ease and able to fully savor every moment. And not to forget the lovely outdoor area.

It was evident that great care and attention were put into every aspect of the cafe, making it an ideal spot for friends gathering and quality time.

In conclusion, The Bloom Cafe left an unforgettable impression on me. It is a haven where culinary artistry meets exceptional service, and where every detail is meticulously curated to create an unforgettable dining experience. I wholeheartedly recommend this place to anyone who appreciates fine food, delightful ambiance, and impeccable service. Whether you are looking to indulge in a gastronomic adventure or simply unwind in a serene setting, The Bloom Cafe is the perfect destination and it is definitely my most highly recommended...

Awful experience all thanks to the waiter Saif. reserved over the phone for 7 people I was told $25 minimum charge when we got there we spent around $70 , food was mediocre, atmosphere was a table next to the sidewalk. The waiter Saif comes to now tell us its $25 per person. I told him he didn't at all make that clear over the phone and that there is a huge distinction between $25 minimum charge for the table versus $25 minimum per person, he for some reason couldn't wrap his head around that and kept rudely repeating to me that he told me it's a $25 minimum. We told him we did not want to order any more food that's when he tries referring to a small section in fine print in the online menu which mentions this to get us to pay more we refuse because it was barely noticeable and this is something that should've been explicitly mentioned when we were on the phone when were first making the reservation instead of after we had sat and ordered food.

At this point we tell him we want to leave and to bring us the bill, he says no telling us to stay and instead says to have everyone pitch in $6. ??? Some of the most unbelievable behaviour that I've never seen at any other restaurant. Who are you to refuse us from leaving? Is this a charity were just going to be giving money to? If you made the mistake of not being clear with you're policies why are we taking the burden as customers? He mumbles something about him having other reservations as if that is our fault, while there are empty tables around us. He continues behaving unhinged practically trying to force us to each give $6 dollars lol at this point we demand the bill another waiter had to come up to us to pay while Saif stormed off somewhere.

Overall terrible experience with some of the most ridiculous behavior from Saif, the fries were okay, the fajita pita wrap and the bloom mix were mediocre and the "patio" was ugly and uncomfortable. Would definitely recommend skipping this place there are far better restaurants...
